Great little bodybuilding/ powerlifting gym.. stopped in on my way to Austin from Dallas. Older equipment but not complaining.. all functioning.. that I used anyway. The owner is friendly and responsive... you have to call to get in if you're not a member. Affordable day pass.

If you like old school gyms, this is definitely for you. Any piece of equipment you can think of they have it. Small gym, amazing vibes and great customer service! Sandy was the coolest owner ever! If you’re ever in Waco I definitely recommend this gym!

Best gym hands down. Owners are fabulous. And most importantly, there’s equipment you won’t find other places. 24 hours so you can go anytime!
