U-Pack has become my go-to choice for moving, hands down. Their transparent pricing exceeded my expectations, especially when we ended up using less space than estimated. Communication was a breeze, and they flawlessly adhered to our drop-off, pick-up, and delivery schedules. The ample space provided accommodated all our belongings effortlessly. We secured everything with ratchet straps, and the bulkhead ensured everything stayed intact throughout the journey, resulting in zero damage.

I had some furniture I needed moved from Washington DC to Waco, Texas. Didn't need to store it, just needed it get it here. I got a quote from every "big" company. Several made you call them to talk to you. First, they hardly speak English, and all make you pay for storage and keep in storage. U-Pack was great, half the cost, booked online, found coupon after doing some searching and save liked $150 off. They are fast, customer service was excellent both DC area (Pat in the DC area was amazing who helped me so much!! Total Rock Star!) and here in Waco. Be prepared, there is no set "appointment" time, they kind of map out the area and go in order of delivery area so you have to be patient that when you have a delivery date touch base with them for an approximate time. All-in-all my Pod was dropped off on Monday, picked up on Wednesday and could track the transit where my pod was. I will say the following Monday was holiday and could see my Pod was in Waco so I called Tuesday as the first delivery date was on Friday and asked if there was any way to have a sooner date and they actually were able to help me. There was furniture from the 1800's in that pod and not one thing damaged. In the end, I paid less, did not have to put my stuff in storage, and got great customer service. Would use again over any other company to move stuff if needed! From start to finish they are hands down worth talking to actual people at the company and not some call center in another country who cannot spell my name.

We chose U-Pack because their moving cubes are very sturdy, staff was professional and friendly on each call and they were slightly cheaper than the competition.Our move was from Lynnwood, WA to Waco, TX. Scheduling was a breeze! Reminder texts on "next steps" were really helpful! We paid for our cubes to be stored at the U-Pack terminal for a month, since it took us a while to get down to Texas.Once we located a climate controlled facility, they brought our stuff right to the storage facility for a reasonable fee. This made it so much easier for us to unpack!I called them to come pick up the cubes and the driver was there on time! With so many other things going on with our move, it was great to know our stuff was in good hands the whole time! We used 4 cubes to move a 4 bedroom house, with half our normal furniture.I highly recommend U-Pack and ABF for moving! I hope this review helps others who are struggling to make a decision on what company to use, just as we were a few months ago too! A+++

When my family and I needed to find a moving option to move across the country, I searched many companies but nothing compared to U-Pack and their 28 foot trailer. We are VERY satisfied with our experience! We moved our family of six from Michigan to Texas and it was truly been a hassle free experience. We even had to get a second trailer at last minute and they were able to get us all set in ONE day! The pricing was GREAT for the amount of room in their 28' trailer and we didn't have to worry about the driving! The drivers (from Old Dominion) were ALWAYS polite and very good at their job. We always received very nice & polite service from all whom we spoke with and dealt with during our experience with U-Pack. If you are in need of a long distance move, we highly recommend U-Pack!!

When my husband and I were faced with a DITY military move, we chose UPACK. We are VERY satisfied with our experience! We moved from Kansas to Texas and it has truly been a hassle free experience. The pricing was great (it was the same price as a UHAUL with a car Dolly, and we didn't have to worry about the driving!). The drivers were always polite and good at their job. We always received courtesy calls letting us know a general time frame. They are also experienced in military moves and were able to provide weight tickets. If you are in need of long distance moving, I highly suggest UPACK.

The guys at U-Pack were excellent. We moved from Waco, TX to Berkeley, CA and the whole process with them was fantastic. We originally thought our cube would be too small, but if offered plenty of room! On our way to Berkeley, our car broke down and the mechanic installed the wrong axel, nearly totaling our vehicle. This set us back a couple days, not allowing us to be present on our set delivery date. The U-Pack guys were completely understanding and kind, wishing us the best. Give them a shot the next time you move.

They dropped off the 28 foot container when they said they would they picked it up when they said they would we never had anything but nice people to speak to on the phone the drivers were wonderful very friendly we couldn't recommend this company enough absolutely awesome
