Twin Bridges CrossFit is an outstanding organization. I have been crossfitting for years and have experienced several crossfit gyms around the country. Twin Bridges is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The environment is top notch, it is very clean with ample equipment, the people are wonderful and it is an enjoyable experience each time I work out. The coaching is exceptional; the coaches strike the precise balance between helping you grow and allowing you to push yourself. Through their mentoring my overall health has drastically improved. I strongly recommend Twin Bridges.

Been a member since Jan 2023. The workouts are designed with a full warmup of all muscles and movements to be used during the workout and all the coaches have been very good at monitoring and making corrections to the athlete's form and movements to ensure an injury-free workout. The workouts are designed to be challenging no matter what level and part of the mindset for the athlete is to assess your performance against yourself and not the person next to you. Be consistent and be patient...improvements will come in time!

Twin Bridges Crossfit is a fabulous gym for several reasons. You receive top notch coaching. The coaches watch your form and want you to exercise without injuring yourself. The gym is immaculate and there is always enough equipment for each participant. The community of like minded people is welcoming and I just love it here!

I love Twin Bridges! The coaches there are very encouraging! I love the atmosphere and all the workouts! Coming from someone who is shy to workout in a group Twin Bridges is definitely a place for us shy girls!

Great gym for many reasons. The Level Method in combination with dedicated coaches allow the workouts to be easily catered towards every individual athlete. Themes focus on consistency and long-term health and fitness, not a finish line. Workouts are focused and goal oriented, but always fun with a family-like atmosphere. CrossFit can be very intimidating, but I would recommend giving Twin Bridges CrossFit a try. You will discover a place that is very welcoming and guaranteed to make you healthier for the long-run.

First time Crossfitter, I've been going to TBCF for nearly a year now, This gym is like family. Everyone encourages you, it doesn't matter what level you are there is a workout for everyone. Fitness is always achieved and I feel better every time I leave. It never gets easier, and that is why TBCF is so great. You just keep leveling up and challenging yourself. The coaches ensure that your form and execution are safe and will help you modify the workout to make sure you are getting a great workout while also being safe.

Five stars no doubt! Coaches are knowledgeable and super helpful. As a beginner I was nervous, but ended up feeling like part of the team right away! I’ve made visible progress and increased my strength quickly at TBCF.

Twin Bridges is by far the best gym in town! This place is great for beginners as well as experienced folks. I was intimidated by CrossFit and didn’t think I’d be able to last longer than a week but I gave it a shot and fell in love with it! All the coaches are awesome and are there to help you get better; I’ve learned so much from them and thanks to that I’ve seen lots of improvement in my mobility, strength and overall energy level.The place is also well maintained, super clean and organized. Another big plus is the members, it really feels like a community.

This is an amazing crossfit gym! The owner Ed, and all of the coaches are committed to teaching everyone proper body mechanics and movements to safely and effectively complish each crossfit maneuver. As a person who is always nervous for meeting new people, and going to a new place, Twin Bridges CrossFit is completely different from previous gyms I have been too. The first day that I went the energy of the environment was amazing, and the coaches and members were very welcoming and didn’t make me feel like I was the new person. The coaching is very detailed in how to preform a movement so that it can prevent injury and the programming is amazing, and there are certain levels for each individual whether you are a beginner or advanced!

Joining Twin Bridges has been a game changer for me. Thanks to Edward, the coaches and TBCF programming, I’ve regained my confidence to step back into a gym. I’ve shifted my perspective to focus on my own personal gains and put an end to the comparison game. For years I avoided weightlifting and fitness facilities because I didn’t know what I was doing and had a lot of intimidation and insecurity around group fitness classes. However, the first time I came to Twin Bridges, I felt immediately welcomed. The coaches offer personalized instruction and both physical and mental coaching to ensure you’re going into each workout with the correct movement and mindset, which is so helpful for novices and veterans alike.I love that no matter what your fitness level is, there is a challenging workout for you every time. Even though each person may be doing something different, they are giving it their all and encouraging others around them. It’s so inspiring and has completely changed the way I view fitness. I am so thankful for this place and the wonders it has done for my mental and physical health. Thank you TBCF.

First time cross fitter here. The coaching staff is great. The gym attitude is like a family. The team is very knowledgeable and will work with you on what personal limitations you have. It has been a great experience for my wife and me so far.
