GY is a great local lumberyard with very knowledgeable staff. They have a good selection of miscellaneous hardware, too. While it's not as large as the big box stores, the service is much better.

In the process of trying to get special order doors for a shed which were damaged during an attempted burglary. Christy has been very helpful in trying to accommodate my needs on the sizing and type of doors I need. Hopefully we'll be able to get something ordered to replace my damaged ones.
