Was very pleased with the service I received. I was stepped through their process, they were very professional and organized. I was in a time crunch, they had to order a part and they paid for expedited shipping. I will drfinately used them again.

I dropped my vehicle off there 2 days ago for an inspection/estimate because I needed to give it to an insurance company for damages that were done to my vehicle because of a tow. I call next day said I would get a call back in a few minutes. Didn’t hear anything. Call the next morning was told that they would Uber me because they needed to show me something. I ask is the estimate done was told no. So I get there they put my car in the air and told me they couldn’t give me an estimate. It’s a lot of things wrong. And they couldn’t determine what the tow company damaged. First off it’s not your job to determine what they damaged all I asked for was an estimate of whatever you found wrong. I gave a clear detailed description of symptoms my car was having and also had a traction light that was now coming on. None of that was even mentioned. So I again ask to just give me an estimate on what you seen, was told I can’t and I should just call my insurance so they could fight for me. Lol look I was in the auto industry for over 15yrs, same guy who told me he couldn’t give me an estimate yes I had your job and more than likely higher. This is just laziness at its best. What do you mean you can’t give me an estimate? That’s unheard of. But hey what do I know. Heard great things about this shop and told them that, but I am sadly disappointed about my visit. Wish I still was motivated to be in the industry because I could definitely teach you guys a thing or two about letting potential $$ walk out of the door. I’m new to Waco and I will not be returning to this shop.

After calling around to several dealerships to get my daughters A/C system diagnosed and was told that it would be a month to a month and a half before I could get it in I went to google and Trinity was at the top of the list. After reading their great reviews I decided to give them a call. They were able to get me in the same day and after a couple hours confirmed what I had already thought. The compressor had failed and needed to be replaced along with some other corresponding parts. They said that if agreed they could order the parts and get them same or next day. While waiting for the parts they performed a complimentary detailed inspection and rotated the tires. They were able to complete the repairs in 2 days. They stand behind their work with a 3 year 36k mile warranty. They were very responsive with updates and very professional. They treat you like a customer should be treated not just a number like most companies do these days. I will definitely use their services again.

Trinity AutoHaus fixed my vehicle for 1/6 of the estimate I received from a different shop a couple days prior to bringing it to Trinity for a second opinion. Great service; they got me an Uber from the shop at their expense, called a couple days later and then followed up to ensure my vehicle was still running properly. There’s a reason they’re voted #1 in Waco by Wacoan! I will be a returning customer and am thankful to my coworker for recommending them after I vented about the estimate I received from the other shop. Highly advise going to Trinity when you’re experiencing issues with your car!

The men there were very professional. I have a late-model Honda and they not only knew how take care of me, but they were extremely efficient with my time and my pocketbook. I have found my new mechanic. Thank you, Trinity Auto Haus. You guys ROCK!!!

Great place to take your vehicle to be serviced. Always friendly and attentive staff to greet you when you walk in and I have never been displeased with any of the vehicle service done by them. Been using these guys and gals since 2022 and I won't go anywhere else!

While I had auto warranty through an ASC certified service the contract was I paid a set deductible and the company paid the rest, Trinity would charge me hundreds over the deductable while I found out after getting service through the dealership the contract was for the set deductible no less no more, I also had gotten a quote from them for service but decided to go through the dealership because of the statement above, I had to have them cancel the claim through my warranty company or the company wouldn't be able to cover the repairs at the dealership, just odd, I felt ripped off after finding that out and never went back they are pricey and a bit dishonest in my humble opinion.
