After a week in I found there to be rodents in my unit. It wasn't too clean either. The floor was very soiled with what looked like sone some type of black oil.

This experience has been absolutely horrifying. My storage unit experienced some water damage and now so many of my clothing and towels has black mold. I was sick for about a week after going through my items and trying to clean things up. In addition to this, I noticed rats got into the unit and the unit is filled with rat droppings and they ate through my boxes as well. To add insult to injury, I had a bit of trouble paying the unit last month and they blocked my access after two weeks even though I was told that shouldn’t happen until two months and they have charged me a late fee that keeps increasing every ten days. I don’t understand how I could be treated so poorly for a unit that is dangerous to my health. This should not happen to people

I’ve been blown away by their customer service! I would’ve given 5 stars but the facility needs some work. Having said that, the manager Joshua handled this with the upmost professionalism. He hired an incredible handyman. Michael White, to assist me with other projects

I can’t express more how GRATEFUL I am to IDEAL SELF STORAGE! I have been taken in a lot here lately and they have helped me more then the company knows! Real nice, clean and love the air unit I have! Thanks for being a family and people organization!!

****Rats also in the storage unit!! One jumped on my son when we in there!!***They will lie at any cost to get business. Discussed with office staff that messed a unit for 2 weeks and was promised this was not an issue. I even verified that they would prorate move in and move out. Paid for unit end of April moving out less than month and they charged $80 for week and half in April. Then $164.00 less than a month later. Please make it make sense. $214 for April paid in full then 2 weeks May. So who benefits for the remaining month of May that the unit is empty? Management very rude and unprofessional.
