Got cancelled an hour before my hair appointment and didn’t get offered to have someone else see if they could do it. Had to call and ask myself which someone said they could 3 hours later but was charging me about $100 more then the original pricing.

Stylist was rushed. Did not discuss my haircut with me. Did not style my hair (I paid for haircut and style- blow drying is NOT STYLING!!!). Very unprofessional atmosphere. Will NOT go back

My friends mom went and she called a couple days before and everything worked out,But when she got there they hadn’t put her on the list and she wasn’t able to get her hair done. They need to be more organized.
