Very nice clean well made storage units with easy access right off the main road. The only thing lacking is security! Anyone could climb the four foot chain link fence inclosing the facility which doesn't give me great confidence in the security of my stuff in storage.

I only went here to help a friend move, but I'll give it five stars for having a secured gate, peaceful location, plenty of space between rows of units, and beautiful lawn care!

The gentleman that owns this place is a very good man I have been dealing with him for at least 6 years he has the best price in Waco on storage units would recommend him to anyone

Happy customers!We have had a unit for 3 or 4 years that we've finally cleared out for items to be dispersed, donated, or thrown out. Everytime we checked on our belongings they were dry and no sign of rodent damage. There were things in there I did not even realize were there that I would have worried about. The business side was excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend to any one in Hallsburg, Axtell, Mart, Elk area especially. It was great not having to go all the way to town.
