This Is the second time I've been there. No one ever speaks to you until they're almost done and they try and give small talk just so they can get a tip.

Absolutely horrible experience! I would never recommend this place to anyone. After $80, my toes were never shaped. I asked them to buff my toenails, but he never did it. Then I said please, can you buff my toenails and he only buffed my big toe. I was so upset. he worked on my feet like I was a two-year-old kid, barely rubbing them when I explicitly asked to please massage the top and bottom of my feet. It was a horrible service!!!!

Worse customer service, walked in and no one even asked how they could help. There was at least 4 employees and no asked what we needed. We walked out and left. Will never return.

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to get my eyebrows fixed and when I walked in there were 4 employees and no bother to help and ask what we needed or anything. I don't recommend Tiffany's Nail salon at all.

Walked in with no appointment on an icy day and the employees there were so nice and did a beautiful job on my daughter's nails doing a french tip with gel polish. My daughter loved it and I decided to get my nails done as well. One of the guys even gave her a nice cuticle polish. They were SO nice! Our new nail place!

If I could give a zero star… I would! Went there to have mine and my daughter’s pedicures done, won’t be going back. I was also having my nails soaked off, but due to the pedicure taking over two hours, I had to leave for a football game and they try to charge me $20 just to take off the acrylic when it’s their fault, I had to leave without them getting done … The kid doing my pedicure seems like he didn’t know what he was doing, I had acrylic on my big toe and He tried to take it off with a tip, but when that didn’t work, he just used a file to file it down, so it was too uneven spots on my big toes. Also paid an extra $10 for the callus to be removed and never got it. My nails were overgrown, so I went to grab the nail clipper while he was finishing up my toes, and it was completely full of rust!

I went in to get my lashes and brows done went to the back she started getting ready for my services another guest walked in Tiffany asked if other guest could go ahead of me because he was only getting his eyebrows waxed I was ok with that stepped out and waited patiently she got done with that guest asked if I could wait a lil longer so that she could wax his girlfriend eyebrows, girlfriend was taking a while so she rushed and waxed my eyebrows (very dissatisfied) the guest finally came in I stepped out and again I waited patiently. She finally got done and was able to get to my lashes (loved them by the way) they were a little irritating but I thought it was because I just got them done. day went on they became more and more irritated to the point I had to take pain meds to sleep because they burned soo bad. Next morning my eyes where stuck together they where red and the burning was unbearable so at this point I just wanted them off. Went back to the salon asked Tiffany if she could please remove them because I was in a lot of pain she then said “I have a client and I have another after her come bk in a hour” mind you my eyes where red and running again I was patient even while in excruciating pain she finally gave me the ok to come bk to get them removed she said “it looks like you had an allergic reaction probably because of all the weight you lost” (making jokes out of the situation) cuz huh? i asked when will my eyes feel better she said once all the glue is off. 2 days later eyes still red and hurt missed two days of work asked for a refund because I didn’t have the lashes on for 24 hrs she flat out said “No” showed no sympathy at all

I absolutely love Tiffany Nails salon!I been coming here for 2+ years and this place is always my to go! I even had a few nails that broke and they were very sweet and quick to get me in and fix my set. They did such a awesome job it looks like I got a brand new set.Very satisfied!Services: Dip powder

My pedicure was amazing!! However, I got a mani done and the lady was upset that I didn’t like the color and she was so upset that she handed me off to someone else because she didn’t want to do my nails. I didn’t say anything and just let the next lady help me. One week later one nail breaks and they were able to fix it. Two weeks later another nail breaks. They didn’t last not even 2 weeks. Too much money for my nails to last almost 2 weeks. Won’t be going back unless it’s for a pedi ?.Service: Acrylic nails
