Black Daisy is my absolute favorite boutique. Cute and unique clothes, earrings, and other merch. I am always getting compliments on the earrings and outfits I buy from here. Customer service is excellent. Sthefanie knows most customers by name, greets everyone who steps in the door, and has the biggest heart for others. She also has such fun events (which come with great deals and gifts). Highly recommend the Black Daisy!

Poor, poor, POOR customer service. This business owner does not give what is paid for. We purchased shirts that she designed. The options were blue or yellow. We purchased both blue and yellow in kids and blue in adults. When we received our order, it was extremely late. The form stated a promise date of 5-10 days after receiving payment. It took over a month before we received our shirts. On top of that, the adult shirts are gray and not blue. Both kid smalls are completely different sizes. I get that she probably purchased "cheap" shirts from a local store to make the most profit possible, but at least make sure the sizes match across the board.
I reached out by text and never received a response. A week later, I followed up with an email and still have yet to receive a response. Another parent also reached out due to receiving the wrong size and also no response. We paid for a particular product and expected to get that. We weren't requesting a refund. Just some communication & an explanation. She has posted multiple times on social media but refuses to follow up. I do not recommend custom-made products from this business.

I loved my first visit to The Black Daisy! The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the colorful atmosphere! There are motivational quotes all throughout the store...and also Bible verses! This store radiates love. :) I felt good about myself before buying anything...just because of all the encouraging words that I read! What I really loved about this store is that they feature local, women owned businesses! I believe the lady (I can't remember her name) said there are 12 other women's items in the shop. By shopping at The Black Daisy, you are supporting several businesses and families right here at home! My very favorite part of the store was a children's entrepreneur section! They sell items created by children who want to be business owners! That. is. awesome!!! I loved the products too! There is a wide variety of cute, colorful clothing, shoes, printed t-shirts, jewelry, handmade items....and I think they do custom orders too! If you need a cute outfit or accessories or just need a pick-me-up....go in The Black Daisy! You will leave happier than you arrived. Highly recommend!
