I particularly enjoyed the shopping experience at this Tecovas location. The staff welcomed me to the store and assisted me when I needed help. I purchased a utility poach that was on sale. All of Tecovas’ products are high quality.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful! Christian (manager) helped me select my Banderas in the perfect size and color. Christian was quite knowledgeable about boots and the Tecovas lines and locations. The store is attractive and in a convenient location.

Exceptional customer service at its finest = this is an easy 5 Star review. All of the staff are warm, personable, and professional.The boutique setting rivals that of companies that charge much more for their boots and western wear... Yes, you know the one: The company name starts with an "L", however will remain nameless, today.And, if you're wondering, the quality goods sell themselves. Waco is fortunate to have Tecovas. Most of Tecovas stores are located much larger cities. I did the research.If the Tecovas store you're shopping in doesn't have the item you're searching for, the staff can locate it in mere seconds via computer. And, will even call the store to insure that the item is in stock, or have it shipped, or placed on hold.I'm a loyal customer for life. Oh, and they offer a 10% discount for Veterans.Thank you, Tecovas.Yippee ki Yay. ?

We came in to get my husband some boots. We waited patiently for 20 minutes for the sales people to clear up, but not only never got helped but literally got ignored. The girl at the front DID greet us but never offered to get us the sizes we needed. Both salesmen were with customers so we waited for them to clear up. While we were waiting a man came in and the girl at the front offered to help him, and got him all the boots he wanted to try on. When the salesmen cleared up they helped people that came in after us and never said a word to my husband or I. After 30 minutes we finally just left. We purchased a pair from the Dallas store and had an amazing experience and thought this would the same here. So disappointed and irritated.

Went and bought myself a pair of Caiman boots and I love them. The young lady that helped me was new but she was great to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. Love the boots. Highly recommend.

I do not remember the 2 individuals who helped us this evening, but they were incredible and helped us have the best experience. I have wanted to try these boots for awhile but not living close to one and wanting to be able to try them on first I had not tried them on yet. Well they were so patient and offered kind words to help decide while I tried on a few pairs. It is well worth the price, not just the quality but the care from the team there.

Myself and 2 friends came into the shop to browse for boots while visiting Waco. Our sales associate Christian was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sway us a certain way, he was just very helpful. The rest of the store associates were lovely as well. Highly recommend the Waco Tecovas store and the boots are stunning and truly a great investment.

The staff were very accommodating offering us a drink while we browsed the selection of boots. They had my size in stock and the fit was quite good.
