Love this store. It’s my favorite store in general, as it is for many, but this one in particular has SO many options. It has grocery, optical, pharmacy, produce, an entire Ulta, and their beauty section and Starbucks are top notch since the remodel. The Magnolia (Hearth & Hand) section is also fabulous, but one might expect that considering this town is Mag’s birthplace! I can’t get enough of Chip & Jo so I’m pleased with the nice big section they have here. It’s really such a welcoming and safe feeling place and I love getting to come in and browse or get essentials (or not so essentials, because we let Target tell us what we need lol)- the only downfall I’ve experienced is how quickly things go out of stock, but that’s not their fault. Great store=many shoppers!

Bathrooms (at least the women's) are pretty gross but this target is great otherwise! More often than not they have whatever item I'm looking for. The Drive Up service for pickups at this location has consistently been efficient and quick the times I've used it.

While I love shopping at Target, the Changing Table is extremely inappropriately placed. It is the most inconsiderate setting I’ve ever dealt with.Let’s begin with the fact that the men’s and women’s bathroom door face one another. The changing table in the women’s bathroom is located in front of the door. 90% of the population is right handed… meaning the natural way to change a baby’s diaper would be where the child’s head is on the left and the feet are on the right. My daughters toes are pointed at the door. So every time that door opens, a stranger (man & woman) can see my 6 month old daughters privates.Secondly, I drive my stroller and use the bottom part at the “basket”. Since the changing table is located directly in front of the door, myself and my stroller are in everyone’s way. Everyone has to squeeze by us and they have to “excuse” themselves and I have to apologize.Thirdly, the blow dryer is RIGHT next to the changing table, so every time someone dries their hands, it scares my daughter and makes her cry.So: Every time I have to change my daughter in the store, I am trying to hide her privates from stranger, apologize to the 10 people that come in for being “in the way”, and console my daughter due to people drying their hands. It is a nightmare.

Love ❤️ me some Target. Clean store, friendly staff. The only problem I had today was I had to use the website to do a pick up order due to the card being new and I did not have it with me. I was at the register, with product I ordered in hand. I could not pay at the register because my red card was new and i did not have it in hand. Google Play Store was not letting me download the app. That is apparently the only way to use the card if you dont have it in hand. Not even the web site allows you to. But the web site did allow me to purchase the item to be picked up. So thats what i did. I showed the manager of the store the confirmation that the order had been placed. I was not able to take the item, I was told I had to wait 2 hours for them the fill the order. I said I already filled it, it's right here. When I returned in over 2 hours, I was told it would be 2 hours or more because they were busy. Unacceptable! I canceled the pick up. I figured out how to get the app downloaded. I went and grabbed the item I had 2 hours earlier off the shelf. Made the purchase with no issue. That is a coorprate issue, not the fault of the Waco employees. I will shop here often because of the Waco employees. But still frustrated that corporate policy complicated something that could have been a simple solution ?.

So my awful experience was with this pharmacists named Kathryn. The lady asked me to verify my first and last name, and proceeded to repeat it in a loud fashion. She then asked for me to verify my date of birth. So I lean in and politely whispered the date and I asked her not to say my birthday out loud because other people around could hear. At that point she scoffed at me as if I cursed at her with profanity, which I did not. She turns around and walks off to look for my prescription and then smugly says to me "Well I dont think anyone would care." Seriously CVS, this is who you hired on payroll? This rude and unprofessional person needs to be retrained in Customer Service and professional etiquette. She failed in both areas and then slowly realized what she had done wrong. She comes back over to try and undo the garbage comment that came out her mouth once she heard me say I was going to give a unpleasant review and also share my experience on social media. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed with management. If I see she's working I will asks when there might be another pharmacist available to help me because I do not want to have any interactions with her again.

why do y'all have a policy that pick up orders take 2 hours to be ready. i was literally standing in the store asking the worker about my order and she said to my face in all seriousness "the order won't be ready for 2 hours" knowing good and well she could've just sent someone to get the item and i would've been out of the store in 5 minutes at MOST. be so fr. be serious. it makes zero sense to stand in somebody's face and tell them there's "no way to speed up the process" when there are in fact several ways. stop being extra and just give customers the item they paid for when they're standing in the store. you already took my money, why are you wasting my time for no reason? can somebody explain because i'm really tryna understand the thought process behind this. im assuming it has something to do with money considering it's a corporation in america, but the math isn't mathing and somethings not clicking with whoever decided to tell people that they can't speed up the process for NO reason. there is no reason at all for this and im going to keep writing reviews about it because i'm genuinely irritated that i wasted gas money going up there for no reason. somebody explain to me why this is the policy so you can say it out loud and hear how stupid it is. have the conversation with yourself and tell me how much sense it makes.

This Target is actually very nice. It's up-to-date and clean. Actually it's bigger than most Targets I'm accustomed to (everything's bigger in Texas). The parking is huge. The first few rows are for curbside pickups. One thing, the bathroom floor was extremely dirty.

Do not order pickup from this store. I recently made an order of 11 items. Right before my order was ready for pick up, I got a notification that one item wasn’t available, and the app didn’t seem to offer any way to add a replacement to my order. Okay, annoying but no big deal. Then I go to get my order. I come home and realize that of the 10 things that I ordered in the end, only 7 had been delivered to my car. 7 of only 10 items!!! That is truly ridiculous.Edit: I called them and they put me on hold forever. They found my items and I had to drive back to pick them up. Changing to two stars

The inside of this store is decent, but the pick up service is terrible. I'm missing 5 items from my order, and instead they gave me a bag from someone else's order. Of course they don't answer the phone either. The ONE Target in this area is a 20 min drive each direction from my home, so it isn't exactly convenient for me to have to go back...

The store must please a lot of customers as it is always jam-packed with people. Employees were polite and helpful though most had to resort to internet to find out if items were available in the store. All or most of the check-out is now by self serve with an employee standing by to troubleshoot. It does no good to attempt enquiries by telephone. I have tried this twice with negative results. The staff allows the telephone to ring for several minutes before picking up, has no infomation and tries to transfer to one or another department. The attempt does not work there are occasional background sounds, dead air and garbled human voices at distance an occasionall all loud klaxon that sound all-the-world like a Soviet Era Jamming station.

CVS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED. Wrong doses on medication. One time the pharmacy tech walked out for lunch, with me standing in line. She looked right at me and left. The foreign pharmacist was a JERK to me and my fiance. NEVER AGAIN CVS!!Another time I was in line at 7:30. The tech took a break while I was in line...came back 10 mins later to tell me they were closed.CVS IS THE WORST! I gave them a chance, back to H-E-B pharmacy.

On two different occasions they said they didn’t take my insurance and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I went to H‑E‑B and they ran the insurance through and had me on my way quickly.

It was suppose to be a quick turn around to the pharmacy section to get an allergy meds for my granddaughter. But guess what??? Does that really happen at all in real life? How can you pass a sale especially when the dollar bins are where you can't miss it waving at you !!! Well found a $3 body scrubber, grabbed it and accompanied me throughout the store. The store according to my daughter in law was recently renovated. I thought it just newly opened cause the store shined so bright and had that lively ambience look that I felt upon entering the store. While I was there I looked for my favorite deodorant NATIVE brand . There are scents that varies in every Target store. Luckily I found some of the here.

Target has continuously improved their consumer shopping experience in the past 2 years for the most part. The only thing I don't care for is if you have a Target Red card and don't use it for a year or more, they will send you a letter telling you if you don't use it soon, they will cancel your account without any additional notice. It does not seem to make any difference how good your credit is or your payment history is or how long you've been with them. This is ridiculous and the only reason I did not give them a five star rating. Target, I hope you are reading this!I find myself looking on-line for items I want to purchase and they continue to have the items in stock and ready for pickup in 2 hours or less. The prices are lower that Walmart and Amazon in most cases. If you haven't tried them in a while, I suggest you do. This Target is at the Waco location.
