I was experiencing problems w my iPhone. I thought I had taken too many pictures or something. Jorge came over and assisted me. He calmed me down and looked into the problems I was having. He looked and after a bit found I didn't have much memory left after the recent update. After helping to fix the problem he reminded me that it was a temporary fix that would probably only last till the next update or so. He found a promo where I could get a new iPhone for a minimal charge. I was very fortunate. Both him and the manager were very understanding. I am grateful. The service was above and beyond I am very happy w my experiences here. They are very professional. Thanks so much Tmobile.

I walked into this stores when they had 5 or 6 people working and 1 customer being helped. Walked in to take advantage of a promo deal, and the manager was not knowledgeable on the products he had available and was selling. As soon as I told them Tmobile corp/online just set me up an account, and they told me to come into my local Tmobile store to purchase my phones, it was like it wasn’t worth anyone’s time to help me. I ended up walking out after them wasting over half an hr of my time.

I currently have accounts with T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. I'm migrating all of my phones to T-Mobile, because the other two cannot compete. AT&T has done virtually nothing to upgrade their system here in Central Texas for the last decade. Their data speeds are the worst in the industry. Verizon has fallen way behind. T-Mobile is the ONLY choice for me! Their data speeds are insane, and the New Road store will give you the absolute best customer service, period end of sentence. Manager Josh will make you feel like you are the most important customer he has every time he helps you. Denny, also a manager, is the same way. These guys will go above and beyond to make sure you're completely happy before you walk out of the store. HIGHLY recommend the New Road store, and T-Mobile. You will ultimately be disappointed if you go with another carrier.

I do not recommend buying at or visiting this location for the following reasons: the customer service is always very poor; the wait time is consistently too long; the employee retention seems to change with each visit; the level of staff knowledge is always very low or wrong; and the music is not what an educated person listens to. I judge this to be a ghetto-caliber store.Denny wasted my time by sending me to the North Valley Mills location for my issue. When I arrived there, after waiting as long as I did at the New Road store, the employee said, Denny can help you at the New Road store. Seriously!I recommend visiting another provider for your new phone.

If the entire T-Mobile franchise was based on the the single individual Jorge, I would leave running! He was as excessively rude and basically told me to call myself and leave. I asked him if he could call on my behalf because I was frustrated and flustered and he literally said "um, you can call them yourself" How pathetic the customer service was despite asking for help. He continued to have an attitude and roll his eyes. I had him dial in from the company phone and he merely said "you could have called on you phone", despite my request for assistance. He is beyond rude and utterly failed to help a customer in need.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!I am never going to this location ever again,I had gotten a new phone through a trade in,And they said I couldn’t take my trade in phone home to transfer my photos and videos bc those would take like 3 hours,So I sat there for almost 2 hours and the videos I wanted were no where near done,So I told them I’ll come back the next day when I have more time to let the videos transfer overNext day comes, I sit there for over 2 hours, still taking too long,So I just grabbed a handful of videos I really wanted to keep and went ahead and factory reset the phone like they told me too, I was bummed I couldn’t get more of my videos transferred.WELL, as soon as I leave and get about 10 mins on driving I get a call from this location that I just left from, and the worker tells me I have to come get my phone and take it to ups whenever I can in the next 30 days bc they are not authorized to ship out phones from their location, and I asked him,“So your telling me I could’ve taken the phone home and took all the time I needed to transfer all my important personal videos, even tho you told me I couldn’t at the beginning of all this?”They reply with“Ya, sorry about that”Nah, no sorry, a big F you to this location for making me think I couldn’t take the phone home to do my transfers, not the videos that I held dear to me are deleted forever,Thanks a lot,DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!

We showed up at 5:30pm on a Friday to replace 2 phones. They had a great amount of staff on hand. We were greeted. And only waited about 15 minutes before being helped. Samuel was great. Got us exactly what we were looking for and made that transaction as smooth as possible. The staff continued to check on us while we waited for phone transfers. Everyone was awesome. It's customer service like this that keeps us with TMobile.

My friend and I came to your store yesterday. We'd really like to commend Shemp on his outstanding customer service and support. He was very attentive, patient and informative, not to mention considerate in sincerely addressing our questions and concerns. OMG the lady who worked with us was freaking AWESOME. You can tell she loves her job and enjoys what she does.We have been with them before they became t-mobile and I have to say they have really been doing a better job, than the other company.Everytime we go in they are eager to help and are always helpful. No matter if they get busy.Thanks to the worker ASHLEY the one that helped us. She awesome.?

This is where I always go to talk and deal with T-Mobile. Every single employee has actually been awesome. I wouldn't say I'm the biggest tech n**** but I watch a lot of reviews and can have some pretty specific questions. These guys and gals have never disappointed me. Just recently, I had a jump on demand line that needed to be dealt with, and they helped a lot with that. They also had some great deals, and I was able to get a new apple watch to go along with her (fiancé) iPhone 14 and even got a new watch for myself. They let me know I could save a lot by switching to autopay, and even by adding an upgraded phone and 2 watches(LTE), my bill was only slightly higher. I've never felt pressured to get something I didn't want. They just do a great job of customer service. Definitely check them out!!

It is what it is I don't think any cell phone store is enjoyable. They all feel like not real stores to me that The whole design behind them is too trick and deceive that being said this one usually has on employees

I went there this evening to swap out my gateway device. The guy who was helping me, he had longer hair and a beard, was extremely helpful and professional. If you're the manager, give that dude a raise - he's great at his job. I love T-Mobile, they always treat me right.
