Twice the package has been sent, twice the package has been damaged, it happens I get that. however when you call you get a a person who has no idea what she is doing, and lazy WOW, tells me on the first phone call the boss is on a call, so I wait awhile and call back. Same person answers and tells me boss hasnt been in all day. Im supposed to get a phone call at 10am from the boss, to try to resolute my problem. Fingers crossed someone has an idea of how to fix a shipping error.
