The Guys restrooms are Trashy as Hell. Very Unsanitary ? Can't even Take my kids in there to use the Restroom. Gonna Call Human Health Services. They Need to get Involved. I'm sure Someone Can Get diseases just by stepping foot in there. Plan Nasty ??

My tenants buy money orders here and the ribbon on the machine that prints the money orders is worn out so real weak numbers that cannot be read by bank terminal I called and spoke to the manager and just got the run-around. So I have instructed my residents to go elsewhere for their money orders.

We generously gave them 3 tries, and each was worse than the last. The employees are not just RUDE, they're downright hostile. The registers were down 2 of the 3 times we visited (with months between those visits). Tried all three times to get a hot dog, but there's never anything on the rollers. No nachos, either. Understaffed? Perhaps, but maybe...just maybe they can't keep decent employees because the inept, rude ones chase them off. Save yourself the time, money, and obnoxious treatment and head up the road to Cefco.

Over the past 4 months the store has smelled like an overflowing bathroom and has not been addressed yet. This use to be my place to get gas but 80% of the pumps don’t work and I was having to drive to 3 or 4 different ones just to find one that worked. So now I go to the EXXON which is a little further down the road but at least they have working pumps.

Can't get a order of tacos right to save their lives I ordered one taco and was charged for 2 and they weren't even the right ones and when I asked for the one I ordered still gave me the wrong one and very rude employees will never stop here again

Would go lower if I could. Tonight, I bought a pack of cigarettes, and realized it was the wrong flavor after the purchase was complete. Which is on me. I asked the cashier on duty for an exchange, and was told "no, because it's against TABC policy to exchange cigarettes" (even for the same exact brand, same price, just different flavor). And I was ok with that. Rules are rules. What I was NOT ok with, was being accused of asking for the wrong kind of cigarettes in the first place, and then being argued with and disrespected over it. I will NOT be going back to this particular store because I was treated like someone who doesn't know what she asked for (I've been smoking ONE specific brand and flavor for over 10 years, so yea, I know what to ask for). Being misheard and being sold the wrong item is understandable, but being TOLD that I asked for the wrong item in the first place, when I didn't, is BEYOND frustrating. Yes, it's my own fault for not looking at the pack before completing my purchase. But to tell me that I asked for the wrong kind, when I didn't, is rude and disrespectful to the customer.

I'm always greeted with a WELCOME TO STRIPES, and the gas is affordable. If you have a Stripes card which is free, just ask, you can purchase your gas for 3 cents a gallon cheaper.

The new GM has not been in store when I have called twice with complaints of those employee yelling at me and today she won’t even take my order. Always out of so much. Thanks for making my day horrible with ur employees that I have already told u about. I guess u care more about her than ur customers. I will not go back. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The employees were more engaged in their personal conversations rather than engaging with customers. There wasn't any direction on who was going to ring me up be cause they were so busy jabbering in ghetto slang towards one another. It was unprofessional and I wont be coming here again. It's a shame also, I used to love this location. Hire more professional people.
