Poor training and unhelpful this place is different than calling in to the company phone number the call in service is much better at helping to save money this store is out to rip you off and will not help you fix it after the fact

I do not like this company. I had their internet service for two years and had to deal with several price hikes and multiple outages in service. The company would send notifications about the outages but I would never see a credit in my bill to reflect this. I went a few "days" past my due date and realized they had shut down my internet. So I called the customer service number and spoke to the 1st representative who asked me to verify all of my account information which I did. The representative failed to say let me verify your phone number so if we get disconnected I will call you back. The call disconnected after 2 minutes into me explaining why I wanted to cancel. Then, I called back the 2nd time and spoke to a lady named Kim, and after 5 minutes or so of conversation that called dropped. SERIOUSLY???? I called back again, the 3rd time, and spoke to a man named Lee and he continually irritated me throughout the conversation about getting a discount on my internet, and he also grilled me about who I intended to switch to. At this point, I'm beyond upset with the course of the conversation, and with everything to do with Spectrum, so as politely as I could say, I told him, Sir, that's none of your concern just cancel my service and tell me what my final bill amount will be. Ughhhhh!

This company is absolutely terrible, they will pull out all the cons to charge more money, keep you on their service (but not give you a better price), and waste your time. I will never sign on this company again. They advertised false pricing, I have had multiple outages. When I finally decided to switch, I called and was removed without a hitch. Until they conveniently said that when I called to cancel, I “dropped the phone call” and my account was left active. Next thing I know I’m on the phone again for 30 minutes, trying to get false billing removed and the cancellation phone call reviewed.

SO For The Last Month My Spectrum App Has Not Been Working. I Called A Tech And It Worked For One Minute. I Uninstalled The App.Every Other App I Have Worked But Spectrum App.Why Am I Paying For Spectrum T.V If The App Doesn't Work.I Will Definitely Be Changing My Services.Since We Get No Help From Spectrum.

The phone l got unseen per a phone call order when l signed up for phone service as my previous provider was going out of business (?) is the PITS. Progressively getting worse.I spend more time correcting the messages than using it! (Only a slight exaggeration!)

Fast reliable service yeah that's a joke I can't even have Internet for a full day without an outage. Customer service tries to help but they don't know what's going on with the service half the time.

I was being charged for live tv when I did not authorize that service. Was told it was purchased on roku and did not need a pin or autorization required. Well good to know spectrum customers—a toddler or a Buttdial on a roku can authorize new services! Tried to dispute but I’m barely over the time limit to despite. Also was disconnected service and it took being on hold nearly 2 hours between 3 calls to do so. Seems like it’s on purpose to keep you being able to disconnect bc the other departments did not take that long to answer

If I could give 0 stars I would, I pay hundreds a month so my wife can work from home and have been having outages and drop outs for 2 weeks now. I’ve had 4 drop out in the last 30-45 mins. I had techs come out and replace my modem and router and it’s gotten worse. If you’re in China Spring DO NOT go with spectrum. I’ve been on and off with support for days now and all they can tell me is it’s because it’s hot out. And in 24 months they will have new equipment out for my area… 2 years before they will fix the problem. Go with another provider.

This really deserves a half star. How do you have 4 workers working in the store and only help one individual. I’ve been here 30 minutes to just pick up my WiFi equipment because the location in Waco didn’t have it. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes while the workers just lallygag and joke around sitting up there. I’m sorry but 4 workers to one customer. Fix the service please.

i thought astound was bad , they have oversold their infrastructure , qat my house the cable has been laying on the fence for 7 years now and they come in and staub on new cable to old roadrunner cable from the 80's i have complained about the speed the 300 mbps is fiction so they upped my internet to 1 gig and it hasent gotten over 35 up and 55down since it slowed down the itiot robot you call for assistance is rediculas at best , they know what is going on , the cable has been laying on the fence for 7 years that i know of , am going down to day to pay bill and shut down service gonna try att next at least their pipe isn't rusty the fiber optic is new i take back my one star now they are not worthy

We just switched to them a month ago and so far service is out every other day . Two wifi boxes later and it’s still not working correctly . Worst service ever and customer service girl was rude.
