I truly hope Spectrums cooperate team sees this and does something about their call center reps. By far the worst decision I have made changing from my last internet service to Spectrum. I have had tech issues for 3 days now after a tornado hit my neighborhood and multiple power surges and transformers blown. I have expressed to the customer service team I would like my router and modem replaced due to the power surges and all 4 of the representatives I have spoke to over the last week have either raised their voice at me, argued with me that I did not know what I am doing, refused to send a technician out for a service call. I will be reaching out to my old provider and changing back to the company I was with. Spectrum needs to fix their customer service representatives. ( I realize I sound like a Karen, I work from home and this is costing me a lot of pay! )

Great customer service.qent to get mobile line in as told that the invitation was for online only. So to I retract my first re review. I have been trying since Monday to add mobile service.1 went to store said has to do online only 2. Monday April 15th went online states you have to call. Called set up mobile service phone was supposed to be here yesterday. Had to call again order was cancelled no reason why.3 called again ordered again guess what order was cancelled again this time had to talk to fraud department. 4 now have to go to store again to order service and call fraud department while there. Do not order mobile service from this company nobody there could answer my question or get supervisor for me to talk to. Again do not order service for mobile through apectrum

The mobile service is below standard. The mobile service is utter trash, they hook you in with the "we use verizon towers" which means nothing due to the poor service. Another problem was I was told that my trade in would be applied to the phone of choice, come to find out they didn't apply it to the phone but applied it to the monthly bills which leaves you're phone at the retail price. If you want to get out of the plan you'll have to pay the full value of the phone and then they'll refund you the trade in minus the 'trade-in-credit' that was used on your monthly billing. It was the total opposite of what was told to me in the store, unfortunately that staff member no longer is employed there; I wonder why. Also don't be fooled by the "unlimited data" narrative, the data is absolutely limited once you go over a certain threshold and then it's kicked down absurdly low, lower than what it is before your full service . I was even on the phone and the customer rep kept saying that "you're cutting out". Since I've had this service I've never had full bars. Ever. Don't let the prices fool you, you get what you pay for.

They charge you for extra services without having authorized. And don't forget to ask them to remove the automatic payments when you cancel, because if you cancel and don't remove the automatic payments they will continue to charge you. What inconsistency.

Poor training and unhelpful this place is different than calling in to the company phone number the call in service is much better at helping to save money this store is out to rip you off and will not help you fix it after the fact

I do not like this company. I had their internet service for two years and had to deal with several price hikes and multiple outages in service. The company would send notifications about the outages but I would never see a credit in my bill to reflect this. I went a few "days" past my due date and realized they had shut down my internet. So I called the customer service number and spoke to the 1st representative who asked me to verify all of my account information which I did. The representative failed to say let me verify your phone number so if we get disconnected I will call you back. The call disconnected after 2 minutes into me explaining why I wanted to cancel. Then, I called back the 2nd time and spoke to a lady named Kim, and after 5 minutes or so of conversation that called dropped. SERIOUSLY???? I called back again, the 3rd time, and spoke to a man named Lee and he continually irritated me throughout the conversation about getting a discount on my internet, and he also grilled me about who I intended to switch to. At this point, I'm beyond upset with the course of the conversation, and with everything to do with Spectrum, so as politely as I could say, I told him, Sir, that's none of your concern just cancel my service and tell me what my final bill amount will be. Ughhhhh!
