This store has poor customer service skills. They have a manager in their that doesnt do anything except see why you are coming in and tell you wait times. Also they have prices posted in store for money off a new phone and do not honor what they have posted due to expiration dates although it is the stores fault they aren't updated in a timely manner. Very problematic as that is the price people are basing their upgrade or new device on. Also want to add when we asked if the manager would honor the price that was posted all he said was no probably not since there is expiration date. It shouldn't be posted if it is expired.

Spectrum is the worst internet that you can have.I suggest do not use them as your internet provider.They will rip your money off.They took two of my payments out in one month, close to two hundred dollars

We recently switched our mobile service, what a mistake! My phone battery went bad, bought a new phone, but they refused to set it in without my physical DL (lost, waiting on new one). So now, no phone until the state delivers my new one.
Didn't need my flipping DL when I changed to them, hopefully t-mobile will switch me back. Oh, and they don't sell items they advertise, telling you to go to best buy.
Buyer beware! If your wallet is stolen you're screwed.

Made an appointment and wasnt seen until 30 minutes later. Whats the purpose of setting a time and checking in. Also I have 1GB internet and still lag playing games. Top of the line PC with cheap Internet isnt the move. Going back to Verizon.

After reading all the negative comments, I want to provide my positive experience on Monday. I made an appointment online & was waited on within 10 minutes of arriving & before my actual appointment time. Brandon helped me set up my phones. He was very nice. I was in & out of there in less than an hour.
My recommendation is to make the appointment!!! Appointments are called ahead of walk ins, so take the extra couple of minutes & make the appointment. It will definitely cut down on your frustrations.

This is the absolute worst store for anything, paying a bill, turning in equipment, getting new equipment, getting answers for anything. The only thing that works in this place is the door to leave. You will wait at least an 1 hour whether you have an appointment or not. If you can avoid this store do it.

Spectrum is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I thought the customer service was slow by phone... The store is ten times worse. I waited almost 2 hours today to cancal my service and return my equipment. It was worth the wait because I'm glad to be done with this company for good.
