I really miss the old location. The way they handled my account is a joke AND to top it all off, terrible customer service, look I KNOW what it's like to be on the other end but brandon did a terrible job with me, rude and dismissive. I'm done with Spectrum. And to think it couldn't get worse, they're thieves who never returned money I'm owed back, THAT THEY SAID WILL GO BACK TO MY BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNT. I'm never gonna come back to this company, never gonna recommend them to anyone in my life I come across, I will curse them all the way till I'm in my grave. IM DONE WITH THEM!

Kiana is very helpful, she worked with us showing us every step. She was very nice & polite. She got us in & out , and made sure we had everything the correct way. I definitely enjoyed my service here at spectrum, because of Kiana. (AND IM NOT JUST SAYING THIS BECAUSE MY NAME IS KYANNA lol)

THE EMPLOYEES ARE CLUELESS!!! SWITCHED MY CELL SERVICE AND HAD NO PHONE FOR 2 DAYS AND I NEVER GOT MY REBATE THAT WAS OVER $1,000. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES. TO TOP IT OFF MY CELL SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND I DROP CALLS DAILY. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE MAKING PLANS TO CHANGE COMPANIES IN THE FUTURE.

The slightest storm or even high winds your wifi will go down. I’ve had my wifi go down for 3 days and they didn’t want to send anyone out to fix it while I had to study and use my lap top for school then still didn’t want to offer any credits towards my bill. Worst internet provider I’ve ever had, switching back to grande asap.

Bad communication, multiple shortages, and such a hassle with trying to cancel an account. Spectrum overall provides an okay service. However, they aren't the best of the best. I called in to cancel my services, returned the equipment, and was told the that services were being ended and all I had to was send the equipment back-I sent equipment back within 3 days. However, two months later, we are still getting phone calls about a bill. Told the spectrum representative who called us twice we canceled the acount already and returned equipment. Was told by representative they received the equipment and would notate our account about having already being canceled. They apologized the inconvenience and the phone call ended. Found out a month later that ALL the multiple spectrum representatives I talked to did not notate that I wanted to end services, nor did they put in a notice to cancel services as I requested, even though everyone I spoke to stated they notated my account and ended services. Billing informed me thay we owed money for services we have not been using! It's ridiculous to expect someone to pay for something that was supposed to be canceled and they confirmed it would be canceled and they had the equipment back. A company that's willing to have you pay for their mistakes is a company not worth sticking with. Look into fiber first if it's available in your area. Fiber first is amazing! We switched to them and are very pleased so far! Fiber first provides high speed internet at a way cheaper price. Not only are we saving money, but we also haven't had any shortages-not even during bad storms. When we had spectrum we had shortages almost every 2 to 3 months and most the time it was sunny out. Research if you can before just going with a company that's advertised every day.

The mobile service is below standard. The mobile service is utter trash, they hook you in with the "we use verizon towers" which means nothing due to the poor service. Another problem was I was told that my trade in would be applied to the phone of choice, come to find out they didn't apply it to the phone but applied it to the monthly bills which leaves you're phone at the retail price. If you want to get out of the plan you'll have to pay the full value of the phone and then they'll refund you the trade in minus the 'trade-in-credit' that was used on your monthly billing. It was the total opposite of what was told to me in the store, unfortunately that staff member no longer is employed there; I wonder why. Also don't be fooled by the "unlimited data" narrative, the data is absolutely limited once you go over a certain threshold and then it's kicked down absurdly low, lower than what it is before your full service . I was even on the phone and the customer rep kept saying that "you're cutting out". Since I've had this service I've never had full bars. Ever. Don't let the prices fool you, you get what you pay for.

This store is absolutely ridiculous, 11 people in the store, 3 spectrum associates and are told by one of the that they can only have 1 register open and you all have what 6 registers. You will not be my number 1 ever, you are selling merchandise that can’t be used, doesn’t work or the entirely wrong equipment and calling 7 different times speaking to 7 different people who all claim that I am calling the wrong number. This is the worst possible company to deal with. Stay with who you got cause they are going to just make you wait, call other numbers and sit and get pissed. And to the manager of this store, you have no business running anything as you are not providing customer service, you are only getting a paycheck

They need more staff working with customers. Signed in,#12 on the wait list. Took 2 hours to get waited on. Employees act like they don't want to be there and they sure as hell don't care whether you get waited on or not

Spectrum is literally the worst if you can save yourself time and look into a different internet provider. Unless you like your internet going in and out at least 18 hours out of the day. 10/10 do not recommend. I’d rate their service a 0 if I could truth be told I have to use my cell phone hotspot most of the time anyways.
