Spectrum has been great to work with for my community. As a former board member and resident they have been so responsive and efficient at communication and problem resolution. Christina Wood, in particular has been stellar to work with alongside. I can call or email her and she always gets back to me promptly. She seems very genuine in wanting to help and improve the community I live in. Since Spectrum and Christina have taken over management for the neighborhood it has become a wonderful place to live in. Thank you and well done!

Literally the worst organization next to the National Socialist German Workers' Party. They will literally "lose" your digital payments requiring you to pay again. I could go on but that would turn into a rant. If you can live under a bridge vs living in a community with spectrum as your HOA, I'd chose bridge. I would rather live under the rule of Kim Jong Un than ever be associated with this facade of a HOA.

I have worked with Spectrum Management for several years now, And Christina Wood. is by far the best Manager that I have worked with. Any issues that have come up have been delt with quickly. Christina Woods has been a wonderful property manager over the last few years for our association. She is always organized, efficient, and kind. As a former board president, I can attest firsthand to Christina’s passion for her work and clients. Whether in board meetings or annual meetings, she is personable and aims to make sure that everyone’s voice is heard. She is very good at being available to board members and homeowners alike. After moving from Arizona to Woodway, Texas, realized that we needed more garage and storage space for cars and tools, so decided to build an additional single stall garage, plus add an extension on our house patio. We request the HOA to allow us to do it in segments, first all of the concrete work, which they approved almost immediately. When that was completed, I notified them and sent photos of the completed concrete work. Next, I requested permission to build the garage with a few minor changes, as I found a contractor willing to begin work @ the 17th of this month, but I was then asked to submit a formal request to incorporate the changes and after doing so, was told it could take up to 25 days to get a reply......that was Friday 01/07/2022, and thanks to Mr. White's assistance, got an approval letter this morning 01/10/2022. He listened and helped!
