I stop purchasing my Liquor in lacy lakeview because i should not have to pick up that dirty pen everyone touches and check on the pad i am of age at 63 years old. WORSE PART IS THE STAFF MAKES RUDE COMMENTS THAT MONEY IS DIRTIER. I do not know where the other people hands have been today. My money is in my pocket and i try to give exact change when i pay. Never had a issue before specs bought the store. NO NEW LAWS HAVE BEEN PASSED! I offer to show ID. Their loss.

I had been look for bud light Platinum all over Waco. One call to the VM DR. Waco Tx not only did they have it they held it for me. They also brought it out to my truck!
Above and beyond customer service from all 3 employees tonight!!! Next time they will be my 1st stop!!

I love this store south valley mills very covenant I come here 2 3 times a week before they open the store on new road this store had agreat staff very friendly and would seek to customers just to say Hello..no matter what you looked like or how you were stressed...these new employees have no customer skills or training on how to smile or even ask how is your day going...I understand people have bad days but this staff is horrible...if it wasn't for the convenience I would definitely shop else where...please bring back the old staff or hire people who don't mind saying hello..or welcome to specs specially when they walk right past you...

Spec's in Killeen Texas has a great selection of German pastas, candies, soups... it puts other stores to include HEB and Aldi, some German stores to shame.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Product layout is a little odd but nothing that can't be overcome.Prices are fair, selection is outstanding, staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable!
