While driving my truck it started to make a rod knock type noise, call in and spoke with Brandon in Service and explained what was going on and he suggested to have it towed in to prevent any further damage. Explain we are small company with just 2 trucks and this was a big hit for it to be down a truck. They were able to get the truck torn down in a timely manner and found the damage, gave us several option on which way we could repair it. After choosing a direction to move forward in they keep in close contact with us, to when parts arrived to the truck is being worked on to it is repaired. They got the truck fixed and back on the road even with shipping delays they went above and beyond to get it as soon as possible. Its never good when a truck goes down but its nice to have someone you can trust. Thanks again guys, your hard work did not go unnoticed.

First time at the shop it was a let down but Jeff has made the experience very pleasant. SWITC is my go to shop when I’m home. I don’t mind the hr drive to drop it off at least I know my equipment is in good hands.
