This store and their sales associates are top notch! It is my go to store for trading in gently used clothing for store credit or cash. All employees here are friendly, helpful, and upbeat! It is a pleasure to shop here with my daughter.?

I can always find something here for my kids! Prices are so much better than buying new then my kids outgrowing quickly. They are the best for back to school clothes. So glad to have Smarty Pants in Waco & knowing we are shopping sustainably smart by buying used.

I went to the store to sell my kids clothes. The lady at the front desk asked me where I was from because of my accent and me speaking French to my kids. I told her somewhere in West Africa. She said ah you guys have the best accent and proceeded to let me know she wasn’t going to buy the clothes because they were stained and old. Mind you there were some new and fairly new items in the bunch. I seriously felt insulted. I don’t think I’d be going to that store ever again.

They never buy anything waited a while just to get told they will not buy bc its out of date. The clothes are not even a year old and refuse to take. Some items my daughter did not even use and did not buy them. They have been like this for a while thought not going for a while and coming back they would improve but same. I went throughout the store and found items more worn with stains and older than what I brought in. Highly disappointed in them. They lost me as a customer

I took in 2 containers of boy clothes. I guess I should have only taken in 1. They called me back with in 30 mins and told me my stuff was ready. When I got there, they didn’t even touch it. Their lost!! I had Nike, old navy, under armor, adidas and new Carter’s stuff! Soo much nice things. She said it was out dated…. ? My baby is 8 months. He’s a boy boy in 2 t already…. So whatever. Took one bucket to once upon a child. They gave me $35!!! Won’t be going back. Just will stick to once upon a child. They were too lazy too do their job. Sadly because they are nice there. But oh well.
