$214.00 today for jel pedicure, a manicure (no artificial nails or tips just clean up cuticles, shape nails (which are short) gel them and paint a white line on them. Then get my eyebrows and lip waxed.
All for the price of $214.00 in this economy. Absolutely insane.
The work was great but the price is insane. This is the most I've ever paid in my life.
When I went to another nail shop (a competitor) I received the following services for $120.00
Pedicure (same as I got today)
Manicure (same as I got today)
Eye brows and lip wax
Massage
And a Brazilian.
See the difference the bad thong about the competitor is too many people to get in.
Always noisy
Star nails is quiet. Competitor isn't quiet.
Not sure I flatiron should be an object here.

Was in town for the weekend and needed a quick manicure. I was in and out pretty quickly, but I definitely felt rushed. The young lady didn't even lotion or massage my hands, but the worst was that I was charged an additional $15 just for removing the previous color off my nails. Is that not part of the manicure?! Oh and another dollar for using a credit card. That's wild. Perhaps you should tell people to take off their own polish instead of taxing $15 for it. Ridiculous!

It's the holidays so of course you want your nails looking nice! Where to go though? Go here! Their store is very nicely decorated and definitely gives that vibe you want when getting your nails done. They do take walk-ins so that was very nice as well. Also, they make sure to stay within your budget if you're on one! The people who did my nails were very polite and professional and they do their very best to have you looking your very best! I really recommend this nail salon. By far the best experience I've had at a Waco location in a while.

There is a video of all this happening ) They took a woman money then snuck off and called the police on & her friend because she wanted to use a coupon and then one of the workers (the one who called ) was caught on camera laughing at her when the police arrived and the woman asked for her money back and they said no and she was forced out by the police because the officer said the store wanted her removed the woman then said "all because I want to use my coupon" . why would you have them wait make them pay upfront and then make them wait to get a service and while they wait for that service you call the police say they trespassing and then seat them start on them just to have the police say you called and want them removed but your not giving them they money back smhdont go to them and yes it is a viral video of this happening

This is outrageous. I have been going here for the past six months. I get the exact same color every time. BRIGHT white that glows purple. This time, they said they couldn’t find it. They said they had another color just like it so they put it on and halfway through my appointment, you could tell that there are two different colors. You could even see the first coat I had UNDER it. He thought that was acceptable. I told him I wasn’t happy with it, so he then proceeded to make the coat thicker. And at the end of it, he put the top coat on, and I saw how it glowed BRIGHT green. He also said I will not be able to see the old color under it. In the last picture you can see the purple of the previous color. Finally, let’s talk about the color itself. The “cream” or “off white” look horrible SINCE I ASKED FOR WHITE. Had high hopes for this place, will not be coming back.Service: Manicure
