“I have to tell you it was really difficult walking in with my sleeping 4 year old but Adriana was immediately helpful! I told her it was my brothers birthday and she instantly became my personal shopper. She let me know all the shoes available in his size and even brought extra designs. Which I actually ended up picking instead. I will say though the blonde female was extremely tacky towards her for not making a bigger sale in front of me. “I ordered another pair of Siesta Mules which are great for plantar fascitid. I have bought Spenco products for a couple of decades! Never have I encountered a pair of shoes with the thick woven tag string sewn into the stitching of the inside lining, and in the worst place, the arch?? It took time, and great care not to cut or damage the stitching, holding the inside of the shoe together! Previously the tags were attached with a small safety pin. Easy to remove. I called customer service to report, but she didn't seem interested in feedback. I won't purchase anymore if this issue isn't remedied. Long time customer.”
