The service here was truly exceptional. Customer service was very friendly. They went out of their way to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with an international shipment, and followed through on their promises to call me back. Closest DHL Express Point within a long distance. Keep up the great work.

Dropped off a next day air package before they closed, didn’t scan or deliver to UPS. They have been great for me in the past but this in an unacceptable mishandling. Will update review if any resolution comes about, however since this package was obviously time sensitive, this issue seems pretty unresolvable.Update: the owner response and attentiveness was above and beyond. Such that they personally delivered the package to the HUB. While this situation was problematic for business, professionalism and customer service will ensure I give another chance to this business.

We love this locally owned shipping business! Recently I went in with a shipping label that was printed blurry. She allowed me to email her the label and printed it right there for me when we realized my original wasn’t going to work. I really appreciated her problem solving and willingness to help in that way!

I visited Shipsters for the first time and I was very impressed with their service! Lisa Bowen was so friendly and helpful. I needed to ship a few things and I wasn't sure exactly how I wanted them shipped. Lisa was patient with me and presented many options to choose from. She carefully took her time to make sure that my items were packed safely. I also needed some color copies. Lisa had to try several times to get the printer to print the document "just right." She provided top-notch service and displayed excellence in her job. I will definitely be back to Shipsters.

Been here a couple times and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a shipping place within walking distance and that supports all the major carriers.

So I stopped into Shipsters about a week ago to have some Christmas gifts mailed to Florida. Kim helped me get everything packed up securely by piecing together two boxes and ensuring there was enough packing material to mitigate damage during shipment. Because it was a larger box, priority, and ensured for $1000 (cost of contents), the price was $185. Unfortunately, the Post Office failed to scan my package and there was some delay. After three business days, I stopped in to Shipsters to speak w/ Kim regarding my concerns. I was worried the package may have been misplaced or stolen. Kim assured me that it had gone out and would follow up w/ me as soon as she could look into the matter more. True to her word, she did just that and even refunded me the cost of shipping. I can only assume there was a backlog at the Post Office due to the holidays. She went above and beyond with her customer service and covering the cost of shipping was exceptionally generous considering this is a small business. Thank you so much for everything, Kim; I really appreciate it and hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

This place is awesome! I love the customer service and how easy it was to get my documents printed and shipped! I expected to have to wait in a long line but they are so efficient and convenient that my process was fast and easy! I will come back and do all my shipping and printing with them from now on!

Thank you for being a part of this community!! Super convenient very friendly and helpful. You can do self serve copies or printing from the kiosk or you can have them do it for you!! It’s less expensive for self serve but I am happy to email them what I need and pay a little more for them to do it for me. Love the convenience!
