“This morning I decided to visit this UPS Store for my several Amazon returns. I was greeted by Abigail, who had a warm smile and welcoming demeanor. She efficiently took charge, asking if the returns were for Amazon and if I had the return QR codes. I handed over my phone because I had no clue on what to do and she scanned the codes needed, making the process feel seamless. I accidentally chose Kohls on one of my returns so she showed me the process of restarting the return/starting a return. Her clear instructions and thorough explanations made me feel confident that everything was being handled properly. Throughout the process, Abigail's friendly demeanor never wavered. She chatted pleasantly, making small talk about the items I was returning and even sharing a few tips for future returns to make the process even smoother. Her genuine interest and willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable. After all the items were processed, she gave me a receipt with my tracking information, ensuring I had everything I needed for my records. She reassured me that the packages would be on their way to Amazon and thanked me for choosing their UPS Store.
