When I initially rented with Ideal, I called and got prices on units and she followed up with me when the units I needed became available, in a world where communication is non-existent or lacking, at best. I waited until after hours to get something from my unit and Brandy went out of her way to make herself available to accommodate my ignorance. Self storage should be simple and seamless, hiding in the background, which has been my experience with Ideal Self Storage on New Road, right on par with how storage unit rentals should be, but Brandy puts an unthought of customer service stamp on it, which would make me hesitant to rent elsewhere.”

“Hot there's no kind if air flow in the building it was so hot I keep felling like I could not stay awake so I didn't stay long for safety reasons there needs to be some kind of air flow if I would have passed out and was that hot alone would not have no been a good thing no way to get a hold of any one bit I have had very good customer service for the most part its clean then have on site restrooms that are very clean and well plentished”

But I have to give SAFE AND SECURE STORAGE OF WACO a 5 star rating for their outstanding customer service. If i could put 10 stars i would! I've been in a unit for close to a year almost and they have been so kind to me in all ways possible! Plus you can access the units 24/7!!! Which is PERFECT for people like me who time isnt very fond of! I always tell anyone who asks me about a storage unit about these guys!! They really are the best in town!!!
