Visiting from Illinois and used the scan and go on the app. When leaving, there is a scan and go lane that isn't being used properly. Why are scan and go customers waiting in long lines when that lane is clearly empty? Also, don't put the slowest person to do the exit process.

Food market is ALWAYS out of pizza, pretzels, and their soda fountains are always out of order. This store has gone downhill real fast. Not worth it.

It was absolutely horrible! I used the scan and go app paid for my $316 worth of groceries and did not get to leave with them. the money has been still taken out of my account they said they avoided it but they couldn't give me proof. I had my money set on I had a certain amount of groceries in a certain amount for my bills I then had to go to HEB and get my groceries with the money was set aside for my bills. In my opinion they stole from me. And no as of 3 days later I still don't have the money back in my account.

Employees at this location treat the family bathrooms like luxury bathrooms leaving family’s to wait or take their cart into the open bathrooms causing a fire hazard.
