Visiting from Illinois and used the scan and go on the app. When leaving, there is a scan and go lane that isn't being used properly. Why are scan and go customers waiting in long lines when that lane is clearly empty? Also, don't put the slowest person to do the exit process.

Just need to straten out Fitch app on the points and fix cash card to make sure the person get it.after all it is hard to get this stuff.
