I went on to get the product I needed. And the Assistant manager gave me another referral to increase the platinum look.Well, my hair came out purple. I went back the next day and spoke to the manager. Not a I'm sorry or no sympathy. Just keep washing it, and it will get better. WHAT? REALLY!I've never had such a cold response to a mess like this. Even when I went back the next day to see the assistant manager, still coldness! I'm so done with them.

I went in last night just before they closed for hair color. Both reps ran to the back of the store. I got no help. I had to call them to check out then I got home & didn't have all I need. Worse service ever!!!

Sally's has just about everything that you need for your nails your eyes your hair and they are very awesome as far as helping you with what you need I recommend Sally's for your hair products and all your needs

Well I used to love Sally's until yesterday. I bought quite a few products in there and at the check out they informed me they are charging for the bags now! Plan paper bags. Really! That's soooo ridiculous. Won't be back. It's the principal.

I tried calling and it gave a long ring then gave a busy signal. So I drove the location and the lady was very rude. Sally's got to do better. I let the lady know I tried calling and explained what it did. Oh it didn't ring. Then I asked if they have a certain color and she was just rude. If you dont want to work, go home and stop being rude to your customers...

This pandemic has been bringing the WORST out of people. Three employees stood at the front, two behind the register and one at the door, carried on a conversation while they watched me stand at the door waiting to be helped. I literally saw two of them glance at me twice and just continued their conversations. Finally an employee came to assist and told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. So I sat back in my vehicle to search the website again. Meanwhile another customer walks up and the employee came from behind the counter IMMEDIATELY to open the door and assist her. This seems as if I was just racially profiled which I do not appreciate! Look ladies, if you don’t like assisting all colors of customers, you’re in the wrong line of business. We are relying on you even more now due to the fact that we cannot go inside the store and ordering products you’re not sure about is chaotic. Everyone’s stressed and everyone’s in an uncomfortable position, NOT JUST YOU All. Please treat EVERYONE with respect and dignity no matter their race. I’ll be shopping at the Central Market location moving forward.✌?
