I love dropping/picking up here. They have a designated driver’s lounge, complete with a sofa, TV, water machine, restroom and vending machines. Also have designated parking spots for OTR drivers who are out of HOS (bobtail only). Overnight parking is for OTR drivers. Check in was smooth, guards were friendly and informative. Big sign at the entrance that explains the process. Do NOT turn right from Mars Rd. Take Imperial Dr to Texas Pkwy, right on Mars and left into facility. Semi trucks occupy left lane. Slide tandems before entering facility. Make sure trailer is washed out, THEY DO CHECK!! Fuel for reefer must be minimum of 3/4 full. Thank you guys for the awesome job!!

If getting live unloaded drop trailer in door disconnect go to bobtail area wait on them to call you….if picking up at the same spot must take trailer to have a wash out then drop empty and get loaded trailer there is an trailer wash out bout 20 miles called American A1 address is 1116 Connally Dr Elm Mott Tx 76640 and KLLM DO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM ITS ONLY 41$ I think ….and they do have a drivers lounge and very clean restroom

Gate guy is rude
And you can’t come in here bobtailing
You will have to bring empty trailer or you will turned back.

Guards are friendly sometimes and then you have the rude ones. They are picky about entering the gate. They don’t want you to come in the right way on Mars and turn right in to the facility. They want you use Imperial and make the extra long block just to make the guards happy. They are turning some trucks around just to be mean.

Delivery was quick, slide your tandems at the gate, drop trailer in dock, bobtail to staging area, get a phone call when done... easy in, easy out. No overnight parking I don't think

Make sure you read the signs. To truck drivers they dont want you coming in where you have to turn right in to the plant

The only good thing about this place was that unloading was decently quick. You can not make a right turn into their driveway. This is a drop your trailer and park in a specific place type of business. Hope I never have to go back there.

Attn DRIVERS CAN NOT TURN RIGHT INTO THIS FACILITY. THEY WILL MAKE YOU TURN AROUND GO OUT AND BACK IN BECAUSE OF THE NEW TURN LANE THEY HAD PUT IN. CAN ONLY TURN LEFT INTO THE PLACE. Load was ready when we got here. Got in and out easy. Place was pretty clean and everyone was very nice. Thanks guys for not making the world any harder than it already is.
