DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM ROCKIN B. You will find forums of ethical breeders discussing the inaccuracy of the statements being made on the Rockin B website (primarily surrounding the Brandstadt family's newest interest in Golden Retrievers). Before that, it was Mini Aussies...generally, any dog they can make a profit on with disregard for best practices. We got our Mini Aussie, Hobbes, in 2017. He is very smart and wonderful with our immediate family (my husband and 3 daughters) but he struggles with anxiety and fear-based aggression, especially towards other children and men. He also didn't seem to have been well socialized with other dogs and these are all issues we've been working to help him through over the past year. Sadly, we gave up on having him around children because it's just too risky. Elizah was difficult to communicate with once she received our deposit and wouldn't allow us to visit their farm/home before pick up day. Then, without notice, she made us meet her in a parking lot for a rushed hand off, which felt wrong, especially for a breeder who claims that their dogs live inside as part of their family. We love Hobbes dearly but have always known there must have been something shady going on - a number of the other reviews we've seen here and on FB confirm our suspicions. Luckily, Hobbes is slowly becoming more well-adjusted but it saddens me that Rockin B is obviously breeding dogs with no concern for best practices or their emotional well-being. We wanted an Aussie we could train for therapy work and, sadly, we don't ever see that being an option for Hobbes. But we won't give up on our sweet boy and thank our stars he's better off than some of the other Rockin B Aussies I've read about. Please beware and DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM ROCKIN B.

Please be very careful with this breeder. When I picked up my puppy the breeder kept a copy of the contract, took a picture on her phone. Since I was unable to locate my copy I asked the breeder for a copy of hers, she said she did not have one. I was trying to get the registration papers for my dog. I finally contacted AKC, they said the breeder must keep records of each litter for various years. I gave the breeder the date I picked the puppy up and description. She was not able to provide the birth date, and thus no registration papers. If you do business with this breeder keep your records and do not rely on the breeder to assist in a solution. I have since purchased another mini from a breeder out of Fort Worth. The dealings with the second breeder have been far superior to Rockin B. Please be warned.

Scout is 2. We took her to Shakespeare at Winedale today. A lady walked up to us and commented on how beautiful and calm Scout is. She was thinking of getting an Aussie and seemed convinced after meeting Scout. She asked where we got Scout. I was proud to recommend Rockin B Aussies. Scout has brought us nothing but joy (and lots of de-stuffed stuffed animals - but we love that about her).

We got our Huckleberry from Rockin B Mini Aussies in 2016 and he has been the most wonderful addition to our family! Huckleberry plays well with all other dogs and humans and he has never met a stranger. He turned 3 in November and we just wanted to follow up and say that he has grown up from a perfect, precious puppy to a wonderful adult dog! Huckleberry has brought us so much joy and we would absolutely recommend Rockin B Mini Aussies.

I got a puppy from them April of this year for my birthday he's a blue Merle mini Australian Shepard and he is the best dog anyone could ever ask for he is so so smart he learns anything you teach him so fast he's also incredibly athletic and able to keep up with any dog every person he meets he listens up their day and every time he is around dogs he makes them perk up and get so excited and happy he truly is the best dog anyone could ask for he brings so much joy to my life. Rockin B Mini Aussies has the best pups anyone could ever ask for if you are in the market for a mini Aussie or any dog I would go no further they are the best place to get a dog from. I could not have imagined a better dog in my head when I was thinking of getting one and he truly is a perfect dog.

I've had the best experience getting a dog from here! I am adopting 2 year old Heidi and the process has been super efficient and personal from the start! The owner is very responsive to any questions I have and is very nice! Would recommend this breeder to everyone, the dogs are beautiful and well taken care of!

I am proud to say that my experience with Elizah and Rockin B was excellent. I got my pup when he was 8 weeks old and was so full of energy. He is now 8 months old and is so much fun to be around. He was potty trained to use bells and crate trained in about a week. His personality is so good that people off the street want to take him home. He is very smart and has picked up a lot of commands and is the perfect companion. Thank you Elizah

If you are looking for an Miniature Australian Shepherd, this is the place to go. There dogs are raised in a very nice environment, lots of room to run on there farm. They are located in central Texas along the Brazos River and giant pecan trees. There attentive service and clean environment made our visit a amazing experience.

We've had our little Aussie from Rockin B a little over a year now. She is such a sweet girl. She's been very easy to train and loves her agility classes. She's been very healthy. She's such a character! I highly recommend Rockin B.
