Kind enough to do a requested repair on equipment they typically don't even service, because they knew the service wasn't available for me locally. That, is customer service folks! Work is excellent, old part returned and all in a timely fashion. A+ shop and I'll use them again if a need arises.

Took about 3 and a half months overall for a part to be located after being told the company no longer manufactured the part. The TV was just over 2 years old. A part was found but went out less than 24 hours after being installed. The cost of TV sets now days makes it were buying a replacement versus fixing your current one is the easier choice.
