Horrible service department. Tracy was rude. I came in 2 1/2 weeks ago scheduled appointment with him and mysteriously the day of my appointment. He cannot find it and tells me I’m gonna have to leave my vehicle for days because he doesn’t know when he’s going to be able to get to it. Doesn’t even try to hook up a computer or anything. Tries to tell me that it’s just like the doctor and sometimes they’re backed up. Absolutely horrible service. Do not recommend going here for anything.

The service department sucks. I took my escalade to get an oil change. When I picked it up, I opened up the hood, I noticed the oil cap was just laying on top of the inside hood. I let them know they called the technician over, and he put the cap on and laughed. When I got home, I went to open the passenger front door, and the handle was loose from one side, it was just dangling there. I called richard karr, and they told me the service department was closed to leave a message, and they'll have someone call me first thing the next day. The next day after not hearing from them I call and I talked to Eva she pulled up my ticket and ask if I could send her pictures to her cellphone and they'll look into the cameras to find out what happened. After sending the pictures, she called me and told me that on the paper they did of the walk around of my car, there was an x on the passenger side that it was broken when I took it. (This is after she had already looked at the ticket before sending the pictures and when she looked at the ticket while on the phone with her, she never mentioned there being an x marked on the handle. Of course because it wasn't broken when I took it. They broke it)She also tried saying I took my vehicle at a certain time, and I told her that I had taken my car at least 10-15 minutes prior to the time she said, and she just cut me off. In fewer words, she tried calling me a liar. She said she could have the manager call me. He did, but all he said was that we were all humans and made mistakes and that I could take my car and they'll fix under warranty. My car was only there for 30 mins for an oil change. At this point, I want nothing to do with this place. I don't trust them with my car. I do not recommend this place. If you do have to have your car serviced there, make sure you do a walk around before and after service.

I've had my Cadillac CTS serviced at Richard Karr 3 times and every single time I get it back it's in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. I went to take it in today for MAJOR service and after the service advisor gets all the preliminary paperwork finished up he tells me "there's a lot to do here, I don't even have a tech that can work on the transmission so we're going to have to keep your car for a week. Also, I didn't realize your car was out of warranty (clearly he didn't look at any of the details I'd submitted when I booked the appointment) so we can't give you a loaner...if you want one it's going to be $65/day. Otherwise we have a shuttle that can take you where you need to go." I opted for the shuttle and while I waited for the driver I had time to think and decided not to leave my car because 1 they didn't have someone who could fix it, 2 if they were going to keep my car for at least a week and charge me what I assume would've been a minimum of $2,000...the least they could've done was throw in a loaner, and 3 every other time I've taken it there it's come back with something else wrong with it. Definitely will not be taking my car or business to Richard Karr ever again.

i purchased a new 2020 GMC Sierra and have had it serviced at Richard Karr since it was new, every oil change has been done by Richard Karr, and every oil change they check the air filter, but i do replace it myself most of the time,
This week i had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but before i took it in i went to replace my air filter and discovered on the Air Box 2 of the screws were overtightened and stripped the threads and on the 3rd one they broke the ear off as well as a plastic bracket right by the air box was broken off and it holds a wiring harness and connecter and now it is just dangling in the engine compartment,
Since Richard Karr is the only one that worked on it the damage had to have happened within the last 3-4 oil changes,
Richard Karr refused to fix the bracket and wanted me to pay for half of the damaged air box, the damage 100% came from Richard Karr and they are refusing to take care of their issue,
If you have a GMC take it to Autonation Chevrolet or any other dealer, you have a choice when buying too, buy from a reputable dealer that you can trust, and RIchard Karr is definitely not reputable or trustworthy

I went ro pick up my truck at this location on tuesday after work and obviously my boots were dirty with mud I work in construction before entering the building I told the lady that was helping me that I didn't want to go in the lobby because i did not want to get the floor dirty & she told me there was no problem if I got the floor dirty to just go wait in the lobby and wait for vehicle to be ready from service i did go to the lobby and i did dirty some of the floor with my boots i want to guess that the person was the supervisor comes up to me asking if I was the one who got the floor dirty I was the only one in work boots then he tells me you did not come in the lobby room and got my carpet dirty right my response was no he then tells me come over here follow me I’m going to grab a chair from my office and put it outside so you can wait outside till your vehicle is ready because you’re making a mess in here with the muddy boots I did not go outside because they were already already printing my papers my truck was almost almost done then he tells the lady to charge me $50 because of the mess I had done After that my brother tried going inside and he stopped him at the door and told him not to go Inside and wait outside because I had already gotten the floor dirty as a customer paying for my service that was done to my vehicle I do not think that’s the customer service I deserved and want from this dealer

Awesome buying experience. Ty was very straightforward and helpful. No trying to update additional add in’s, etc. Stayed late to help us understand our purchase. Finance department was the fastest and easiest I have ever dealt with. Explained everything in simple terms and we’re also friendly. No pressure car dealership that I would highly recommend.

My Salesperson, Jenifer Twitty, was outstanding in all aspects of this transaction. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and her knowledge of the vehicle made the entire process a pleasure. I would recommend Ms. Twitty, and This dealership to anyone want to make a vehicle purchase. I have had previous experience a this dealership and their service department is also extremely good.

I purchased the 2024 Buick Envista last Friday. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the Richard Karr staff. They're very professional and courtesy. David Del Rosa was my Sale man and he was awesome at explaining everything to me. The process of purchasing my car went very quickly, and overall, my expectations were met.
