I recently took my 2014 ram truck to Richard Carr collision to repair a long scratch that covered two doors of my truck. They completed the repair quickly within two days they paint match is perfect and the texture/sheen of the repair is spot on to match the original paint. I could easily say that my truck looks better now than before. It was taken to Richard Carr for repairs. Dennis and the staff there were easy to deal with and communicated well. I would definitely recommend service by Richard Carr Colision in Waco.

I had the best experience with Richard Karr Collision. I honestly dreaded getting any work done on my car, fully expecting it to take weeks, months or more having to advocate with endless phone calls to get it done. Richard Karr received the parts promptly within the week, and did the repair same day on thanksgiving week. 5 star communication and their service is above and beyond. Don’t choose anywhere else in Waco for your collision repair needs!

Eunice, the ReceptionistLarry the Estimator and Robert who picked me up so I could come get my car: and the mechanic whom I didn't meet:ALL gave the best customer service.So grateful for the wonderful job and repair of my car. I highly recommend Karr Collision if you are in need of auto repair!Yes, you may need to exercise your patience muscle because it's hard to get in to see the car doctor just like it's hard to get in to see the people doctor. But I felt cared for while I was waiting for the date to come, and repair was completed as quickly as they could.they are so wonderful!!

So far I'll give them 5 stars. My truck is scheduled to go in for it's repairs but the service so far has been great and they were quick to get me in when I arrived for my appt. Look forward to working with them going forward to get my truck looking pretty again.
