Horrible customer service. The retail agent Josh Velazquez refused to get my father-in-law the shoes he was comfortable wearing and insisted that he gets a size that he recommended. Even though my father-in-law told him what HE was comfortable wearing on the worksite multiple times. He showed 0 concern or compassion for what the customer wanted and proceeded to refuse to give us the shoes he wanted.I don't recommend this location or Josh unless you're looking to ruin your weekend.

The usual level of boot expertise, exceptional. They even had me do boot magic to figure out the exact fit, size, and type of boot to suit me. Professional and friendly staff, clean and organized store. Heritage boots are limited here. Primarily work and activewear boots.

Excellent experience. Staff helped me make the decision to resole my Dad's 20 yr old boots. (He passed about 4 yrs ago). Just got the boots back a few days ago. Exceptional craftsmanship. The day I got them back I conditioned them and added light layer of polish. They look nearly new.. and these boots were "beat"! Also posted a review on Yelp if you'd like to see before and after pics. Grateful for attentive staff!

The Red Wing store in Waco was so helpful and responsive. They helped me make a decision to send my Dad's 20 year old work boots off for new soles. (Dad passed approx 4 yrs ago) When boots came back I was very impressed with the job. Please see pictures of before and after. When the boots returned I cleaned them, added leather conditioner, and a small amount of brown polish. They look almost new now.
