I love the location, the front desk ladies, the techs and the vets. The office has the wear and tear of loving care — not the clinically sterile atmosphere of corporate germophobia. The cockatiel (?) will check you out before you check in, but make sure you say “pretty bird” before she does. The staff is very busy, and I have the mental prowess of a centenarian. But they’re so patient and allow time for you to collect your thoughts and ask questions. Conversation and objective feedback is comforting to me, especially since I found out yesterday that my old-man-doggie-puppy has cancer and will hopefully be sixteen next month. I pass four vet clinics to get to this place. It’s not about convenience; it’s about great care and respect for you and your family.

I’m a truck driver passing through Waco. My elderly chihuahua was exhibiting signs of pain post jumping off the bed. They let me come to their office, welcomed us kindly, examined her and gave her meds. I was brokenheartedly expecting to have to put her to sleep. Instead, she’s alive, well snd sassy as ever. This vet hospital was amazing and I’m eternally grateful!!!!

We love Ramsgate!! They are the only Veterinarians we have used since moving here in 2009. Our pets receive excellent care and the staff are so nice, helpful and friendly.

Just finished up our visit, this veterinary clinic went above and beyond for our boy! The staff was friendly, and Rocco loved everyone ❤️ especially Dr.Krueger ? will definitely be bringing him back for anything he needs! Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had bringing a pet to a vet :)

They were extremely helpful by explaining the jargon of test results and data on the papers. I drove all the way from Riesel because they were able to squeeze us in last minute. Super grateful. Now Killua can happily reign with less anxiety as the Queen of my cottage.

Wonderful Veterinary Clinic. We took our 13 year old dog in to get some growths removed and other services. Dr Teel and his staff took care of several of her issues in one visit. Highly recommend this clinic. Very pleased!

The staff were incredible helpful and got us right in with our sick dog. Dr. Teel did a great job of explaining everything to us and making sure we had no questions. The Vet Tech, Goldie, was very sweet to our grumpy old pup - not always easy with our old girl. The receptionist, Kris, checked us in and out very quickly and professionally. Something I truly appreciate. The clinic is a long drive from our home, but well worth it!!
