Needed my charging port cleaned on my iPhone because I work in a dirty environment and have to get it done sometimes. The owner was extremely nice, sociable, and fun to talk to while he cleaned it. Reasonably priced and did more work than asked. TLDR: Owner does good work and seems passionate about his business and customers. Highly recommend

I was lied to this place sold me the iPhone XR said it was from 2020 and it turns out it from 2018 said these phones come from the manufacture but when I showed them the scrapes on corners of phones showing it had been dropped it wasn’t from the manufacture they didn’t have an answer I think the buy used phones then sell them as new they are cheats and thieves but they will be taken to court seems no one has done anything to stop these people

I highly recommend this place for your ven phone or tablet repairs. Very courteous and professional. Repair was done pretty quick, had to have my part ordered and delivered next day as it was not on hand when I went in. Thank you Quintero's! ❤️

A cell phone retail store in the Waco, Texas area recommended Quintero's if / when I ever needed them. I placed their contact information in a place where I still have some old-fashioned business cards stashed. Weeks later, I dropped my iPhone like I've done dozens of times, but this time, things were very different. Though the phone had a screen protector and was in a case, it landed perfectly to cause the screen to absolutely shatter. It was impossible to even unlock the phone. My family and I thought the phone was surely destroyed, but I dug the Quintero's information from my desk drawer and paid them a visit. It took Quintero's exactly nine minutes to have my iPhone 11 fully functioning and looking like it was new. This repair was a bargain at $55.00. I enjoyed visiting with them and bought some items for my family members' phones while there. The inventory in their store was quite impressive. I highly recommend Quintero's. These folks have the expertise for repairing phones, but moreover, their customer service skills really shine!

I would actually give this place, but more importantly Ramon and Cynthia Quintero owners 10 Stars if I could! They helped me when I was at my craziest and most frantic and kept me calm. I ended up having to get a new phone I got an excellent phone from them at an excellent price!But it was about 2 to 3 weeks before I could raise some money so Ramon sold me a high-powered charger because that's what was wrong with my old phone it just wouldn't keep the charger inside and this one did and it fast charged it and it was very cheap. I just want to thank you Cynthia and Ramon very very much! Anyone that asks or anyone that doesn't ask if I see there's a cell phone problem with someone I'm going to tell them exactly where to go, Quinteros in Bellmead!I also thought that when I got home I was going to have to call the phone call when you get a transferred spend 2 hours doing this, but no Cynthia did it all! When she handed me that phone that phone was ready to go with everything that was in my other phone! I really love you guys I hope I don't have to come back, but if I do I'll be glad to see you again!
