Men’s restrooms in bad shape. 2 of 3 urinals inoperable, floor wet and a hazard, toilets filthy. Not stopping at this location for a while. Better choices elsewhere.

QuikTrip is my go-to! Their stores are always clean, the staff is friendly and quick, and their QT Kitchen food is surprisingly good. Love stopping in for gas, a coffee, or a quick snack. Always a positive experience!

On August 31st around 11:35 pm, I visited the New Road location for gas and was disappointed by the behavior of the manager, Jakson. He seemed far more interested in his phone than in acknowledging me. He rang up my transaction, but I didn’t receive so much as a hello or goodbye, which I’m accustomed to when visitingany QuikTrip. Managers should set the standard for customer service, but in this case, the lack of professionalism left a very poor impression. This is not the type of leadership that reflects well on your company. One-star review due to poor management.

Nasty bathrooms, no toilet paper ,, no paper towels, no thing cleaned well in a week. Disgusting soda dispenser, full of bacteria, no ice in one side,
There was 4 workers on there cell phones, after I told Jackson the manager . He did nothing , nobody in 10min min to fill my gas tank and nobody went to clean or check bathrooms.
Went next to to pilot spend 100 dollars for gas and drinks at pilot next to qt . At the south new road tx.

We go to QuikTrip all the time when we are traveling. We were on our way home from Austin and stopped at the QuikTrip in Waco Texas. I went into the ladies room to use the restroom and at first sight the bathrooms were very nasty. There was no toilet paper in either of the toilet stalls. I went to the cashier and asked her if they could please put some toilet paper in the bathroom. She said they didn't have any toilet paper and they had to wait on the truck to bring the toilet paper so they could put it in the bathroom. I asked her if there was any toilet paper in the store and she said yes but they are not allowed to take toilet paper off the shelf and put it in the bathrooms. She told me that I can use paper towels in the bathroom. I asked her if I could buy some toilet paper and she said yes but I would have to take it with me because she cannot use it in their bathrooms. So, I bought a package of four rolls in their store and went and used it in the bathroom. I wanted to tell the lady that needed to do better but I'm not that kind of person and I just left the store aggravated.
