Communication was difficult and we miscommunicated a number of times about when they could install the hitch.
But what makes this a five star review is that when the manager, Sonia, came in she helped me understand where things had gone wrong. She went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to make it right. Ultimately she brought an employee in special to put on my hitch.
When I didn’t think they could do the job I called around for someone else to do the work and even counting a lost day of work as part of the price due to miscommunication their cost was hundreds less than other hitch installers.”
“Came in at 0715hrs to install a hitch on my vehicle that I prepaid online. There was an employee walking the lot taking inventory, and a customer selecting boxes inside. Kenneth was cheerful, friendly and so funny he almost fried my pre-caffeine brain. Everything was transacted smoothly, and Kenneth was a delight to do business with. Lucus for the hitch installed in just under 2 hours. This location has a toilet, waiting area and is very clean and organized.”
