This place was amazing, great service ,atmosphere and staff. Also the cost was very reasonable.

It was my second time coming back as the day I got my nails done the first time 2 broke and one just fell off. I went back again the next day and got them fixed and another nail broke off the next day. Then when I went back they said they don’t do refunds and they could just fix it with acrylic. I was so tired of this place that I refused and the only thing they could do if give me a gift card… I mean thanks I guess but I don’t think I wanna go back for a third time. Staff was friendly just annoyed at how they handled it and all could’ve been avoided if the proper nail prep technique was used.

My sister and I came in for the first time today for a pedicure and dip nails however after our experience we won’t be back. I didn’t catch the name of the older bald man up front but he was rude and awful. We left before getting the dip nails because of him and I left without polish on my toes because I wouldn’t tolerate his behavior. I did pay and leave a tip, even though I didn’t get the whole service I paid for, because the nail tech did nothing wrong. It was solely him.

It's been awhile since I've gotten my nails done. It was also my first experience at a Posh and I have to say I'll definitely go back any time I need my nails worked on. My nail tech was Phillip, he was super friendly, fast, and very good at what he did with my nails. He also gave me great advice on nails since I'm not used to getting them done. All around a fantastic experience!
Cleanliness: It was super clean inside and out of the building.

Kathy was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and even took care of my almost ingrown nail. They offered drinks and we so freaking polite and it does NOT smell like a nail salon!!!!
Cleanliness: So clean and sanitary! Smelled good and not like acrylic nails!

Had a gift card so I've gone twice to use the card. Both experiences with different nail techs have not gone well. I have just gone in for a basic pedicure. Both times my toenails have been cut very uneven & crooked, even after pointing it out & requesting they adjust I've had to re-shape at home. The second time the polish on my big toes was lumpy & not professional looking at all. Will not be going back, once my gift card is used up.

Wouldn't waste your time when there are better nail salons in town with way better customer service. Man behind the front desk is inconsiderate and doesn't care about making the customer happy! Won't be back!!

Today was my second visit to Posh. The first visit was last month, I booked an appointment to bring in my daughter’s friends for the kid package. The kids room is beautiful, and the staff that day working on the girls were nice. The man that offers refreshments is so kind. However, the man at the front desk (bald older guy) has not been as friendly during both visits. He seems as though he does not enjoy his job and it shows.
Today, I went and got a pedicure by Danny. Danny rushed my pedicure and my toes look a mess. I am dissatisfied with this service and I won’t be returning. Really sad because my kids love the kids package/room. The two (a woman and a young male with glasses, I don’t remember their names) that worked on my kids today were great.
Update: After sharing my experience with the shop, I was offered a chance to come in to fix my toes. I went and was serviced by someone else (didn’t catch her name) that did a great job. The front desk girl (didn’t catch her name, but she was young with curly hair) was kind and professional. She gave me a $20 gift card to return for a future visit. Personally, I won’t be returning; but I’m grateful for the time and effort to improve my experience.
