I got hired on has a full time employee and started working in the hose department and after 3 to 4 weeks was told that I will not be able to move to machines because the team leads boss was afraid of me passing out. I was let go because same made lies about me and told the plant manager

I was a Temp through Job-Link and had Certifications that made me over qualified to work the production floor. I was promoted with a pay raise after 2 weeks of working there. I loved the job and the pay was good everyone that I worked with was great the problem and reason why I am giving them one star is I have a blemish in my background that mind you is 13 years old and instead of waiting for my background to fully hire me they hired me full time before the background check came back which was on a Thursday when they did their orientation unfortunately I ended up getting sick over the weekend and had to take that Monday off following orientation and that's when I got the dreadful phone call that I was terminated for my background and there was no exceptions and I was not to return to collect my things that my belongings would be mailed to me. I feel that is unjust and unfair when I was showing up to work early and even staying past punch out time. I was trying to be a model employee for the fact that I enjoyed my work. there should be some sort of a safeguard against what happed to me. So I suggest that people with felonies that attempt to go on fulltime ask questions and do your research first.

I was given an opportunity to work threw job link. I was laid off after a week of employment while the other employee spent his whole day in the restroom. This is not a fair place to work they don’t care there’s no good leadership. I worked as hard as I could and was taught very little I was not given an equal opportunity or the guy who took naps in the restroom would have gone home and I would have a job.

Very good place to work for. Co-workers are always willing to help you if you need it and they are very respectful and friendly too. The staff there is amazing too, they are willing to answer any question you may have about anything as well as the Leads are too. I would definitely work there again if I ever moved back to Waco.

Very upset how they treated me when I worked there as a temporary. Got "let go" about five times. Embarrassing! So sad....it is what it is.
