Alexis! She's amazing! I was fortunate to get an appointment with her when I desperately needed to get my hair cut and styled for an event. I got excellent service and was really pleased with her expertise and kindness. Give her a call! Lot's of nice people working there and the shop has a great vibe!

Such a nice place to get your hair done. Receptionist was so friendly, and prompt, despite having other things she tended to me when welcoming me to the salon. Now, for my stylist, Bella I have found the only person I want touching my hair. She gives the best washes, blowouts, and haircuts. I genuinely felt like we were friends through the appointment. I can't wait to get my next service because I've never felt as pretty as I have because of my new haircut ?

Hanna and her team are wonderful. Sam, Bella, and Kinsey are all awesome. My very first visit to the salon was just a consultation to make sure we were in the same page and to gauge how much time would be needed for the cut and color. Very thoughtful.
The stylist work as a team to get my hair perfect, every time. Even when I want to change my style , they understand and make glorious changes.
The salon is beautiful. Fun music. Comfortable wash bowls. And they offer mimosas, coffee, and water :) Lovely place for beautiful hair. They also do lashes and makeup.

Went with my mom for a girl's day and we both ended up in tears in the car. Her bangs were cut extremely short, my layers looked like a child did them.

Kinsleigh is very professional and very sweet. I was able to get scheduled easily and I really like her work. I am going to be a return customer again and again. I like the atmosphere and enjoy the banter with stylists. I would recommend.

I moved to the Waco area 3 years ago and I have had such a stressful time finding a reputable salon that I trusted. I have to look no further as I have found On the Avenue! I called to schedule an appointment on Monday and they had room for me on Wednesday, so booking with Ivy was super easy! My stylist, Julianna, is absolutely amazing and I fell in love with her personality and the work she does. She is patient, understanding, dedicated, and is sure to listen to exactly what you want. She stayed over an hour after close to be sure to finish the service with me, as I have a lot of hair. I am beyond happy with everything she did for me and I am so excited to say I have found my new stylist. Thank you, thank you, thank you Julianna!

I was having some serious hair/scalp issues related to postpartum and Kinsleigh was so kind and patient during our appointment. She spent an extra hour with me at the end of her day to help me feel beautiful and confident. She also had great product recommendations. I left the appointment so happy with my cut and feeling so pampered!

I’ve been going to On the Avenue for years and typically get a great cut, but this last time I tried a new stylist (Taylor) and my long layers turned out blunt and shelf-like. She was incredibly sweet and took her time, but even after I pointed out that they looked blunt she was not able to correct them.

Juliana was the best. She lowlighted my extensions to match my hair. And the color came out wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better job with the extensions thank you so much!
The whole staff was very friendly, outgoing, patient, and a lot of fun! I will be going back very soon!

High as the SKY!!!! Could not believe how much they charged for my daughters hair!!!! She said they were sweet girls but OH MY WORD! I am not paying these I work too hard to pay that much for one hair appointment. Good grief.

Don't go here if you want appt dependability. I had set up my appt 3 weeks prior and immediately put it in my calendar. I showed up today and they can't find my appt. They admit to having my phone number so, there is a record that this new client did have a conversation with them as I was set up in the computer. Did they try to accommodate me to retain my business? Of course not, they said "sorry , he's booked all day today, can you come next week? They are amateurs. I was willing to give them a shot despite some bad reviews, but, I'd say, they charge way too much to say to a client "come next week".
