I had a great experience faxing documents for my insurance. Aaron at the Waco TX store, #2709 was extremely professional and genuinely interested in seeing and double checking that my fax was successful and sent to the company correctly!
It is apparent that Aaron enjoys his job and interaction with customers who also takes great pride in his work in getting the job done.
I will return to this store many more times in the future.

The 400 lb man with the red shirt behind the printing counter was not nice at all. He just looked over me and said next. Went to the bosque store and Maddie was wonderful

I use this location for a lot of my printing needs. But yesterday, a gentleman, Vinesh Patel, helped out a great deal. My husband's place of employment was having an issue finding the toner it needed. I went in and showed Vinesh what they needed. He searched online, found it in their warehouse, got it ordered and will be in tomorrow. He was friendly, kind, helpful and I would definitely recommend him if you need help.

Ive shopped here frequently since I live next door but this time I used their self serve services to print something I needed. It was really easy to use. I had used kinkos before but this location is closer to me and I like to browse for items me or my daughter might need for home or school. Really glad how convenient the location and ease of services is- thank you.

Aaron was so helpful and had amazing customer service. He helped me get some things printed for my daughter's baby shower Even though I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars, he cared to make sure the format & everything was to my liking. He also went above & beyond to help. I will return for all my printing & office supply needs.
