I'm having a very difficult time getting anything printed by this store. So far, I've made three trips for printing jobs. They either don't have the knowledge to complete the job - other times no one's mining the store (no employees are in the printing area) I'm looking now for a Mom & Pop Printing Business who can professionally assist me!

We visited this Office Depot located in Waco, Texas on June 17, 2024. The outside of the store and parking lot isn’t very appealing but once you enter the store it’s awesome. You are properly greeted by a welcome and can I help you. This is very refreshing. While we were shopping at this location the GM talked with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend this location.

Office Depot messed up my order and the employees kept saying it wasn't their fault. Instead of trying to complete the order, they just abandoned it.
They also said they would refund my money and didn't do that.
Edit: No one will actually talk to me on the phone.

Print shop is worst customer service ever! Signed in and waited 29 min & still no svc. Ran out of time & left.

I visited Office Depot/Max on Bosque Blvd and had a very pleasant experience with the young man in the print department! He was attentive, listened to my needs, gave me options and time lines, followed through with what he said he could do for me. My project was time sensitive and he got it done ahead of schedule! I returned a week later for another print job, same experience with the young lady, very nice and attentive, completed ahead of schedule and called to let me know my print job was ready!

The people were waiting to greet me at the door who work there and they led me to exactly where I needed to be. I did not have to wander around hunting but was in and out in a few minutes. It’s nice to be able to recycle printer ink cartridges as well

The store is convenient to my location. Thus, for quick stops for small purchases it is handy.The clerks are pleasant, and the store is kept up nicely BUT.I just picked up a photocopy job and was stunned at the cost!I could have purchased a new inkjet printer for what it cost to have 6 handouts photocopied.

My husband, Robert, is a happy, pleasant laid back guy. He was just in this store (Bosque Ave in Waco.). While there he inquired about some pens. The lady he talked to answered his questions caustically and in a tone that tacitly communicated “you’re annoying and stupid.” We have shopped at this store for decades and have never been treated so rudely. So badly that when he got to the register he asked to speak to a manager, only to have the cashier point to the woman who had just been so rude to him. His words: “I. will never shop in this store again.”
