We just had a flat tire “fixed” here. We came in 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday, we are not from Waco and needed to get back home. They quickly “patched” the tire and sent us on our way. We stopped for dinner and came back out to a completely flat tire. We could see the same small piece of metal in the tire that had obviously not taken out and repaired. It was obvious that they had just aired up the tire, not only that but when my husband had to put on the spare AGAIN, all of the lug nuts were loose. How irresponsible of them!!!

Just bought a tire that lasted eight hours when I came to get an exchange they told me I had to wait until Monday before they can even look at it. Was told that the employee did not work the day I Got the tires so it was not his problem. Then told me to shut up when I asked for it the supervisors name.

Eric is amazing!! Last month I was driving to Dallas with my daughter and we had a blowout. It was almost 7 PM and most places were closed. I spoke to Eric and he told me they were open until 8 PM and that he would be able to take care of me. He checked that he had the right tire and I was able to get it towed there. He had me back on the road quickly and I am so thankful. I feel like most other places would not have taken a customer within one hour of closing when my car wasn’t even at the shop. It was quite a scary experience and he truly saved the day. He was kind, courteous, helpful, and I was so appreciative.

Brought in my moms car for an oil change. The last place she took it to messed it up. These guys were able to get the damaged drain plug off and replaced it free of charge. These guys are the best

Driving through Waco on a Sunday when we realized something was wrong with our vehicle. Stopped by 3 places before finding NTB. Eric was able to get us back on the road in a few hours. He was very professional and courteous. Excellent service!

My husband took my truck to NTB in Waco last week for a simple front end alignment- which we have had done before with no issue. Truck sat unused until today when he drove it to town and the cruise control wasn’t working and the truck was still pulling to one side. He crawled underneath to see why that was happening and noticed both sides of the tie-rod were loose in addition to the alignment not being correct. That is super dangerous and could have resulted in serious problems. He called to ask them to fix it and the response he got was that since it’s been over a week they are not willing to fix it or refund even a portion of money so we can take it elsewhere to be fixed. They stated that they do not warranty or guarantee their alignment. Would not recommend after that experience- they did not seem to care they would have put myself in a dangerous situation driving with loose tie-rods as it is apparently not their problem they did poor work.

I bought a set of tires for my 2019 Tundra. When I left, the tires were completely out of balance. I took it back and it was a little better but not what I would have expected from a new set of tires. My mistake, but I went back and got a new set of tires for my 2021 Avalon and I had the same problem with it. I took it back 3 times and the balance still isn't right. It clearly shakes going down the highway. After about 4 months, I took my Tundra in to get the tires rotated and have the balance checked again and they don't even have record of me purchasing the tires. So now I can't even take advantage of the free rotation. The guy just told me I'll have to find my paper receipt. And to make things worse, every time I go into the store they act like I'm inconveniencing them. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Such a waste of time and money. Never again!

I have generally been a "go to one place kind of consumer( Discount Tire 20 plus years)". However, that ended yesterday. My experience with this particular Discount store led to overinflated prices and poor customer service. Which led me to Eric and Vinny at NTB Waco.
Go meet these guys. In one visit with these 2 gentlemen, they met my expectations of price, knowledge, honesty, and Outstanding customer service. Thank you. Satisfaction is a very valuable commodity these days. NTB/Mavis Eric and Vinny demonstrated they believe in this commodity also.
