Rude people in this place, and they are affiliated with Lee Nails. I heard the owner yelling at his employee and putting his Finger in her face. Not the kind of place, I want to deal with.

My first time coming here service was horrible they was talking about me getting white nails standing over me laughing an talking in their language an the older guy with the glasses kept jerking my hands and wrist every way and the lady who did my pedicure was filing my skin and poking me with her nail the whole time I kept saying ouch this by far is the worst establishment I’ve been too will definitely not be going back an I wish I would have seen their ratings it’s very low I probably wouldn’t have went very unprofessional I definitely didn’t tip them

I don't like how they service you the older guy with glasses kept jerking my hand twisting my wrists and the other employees kept coming over talking about me in their language because I got white nails laughing and just rude and the woman who did my feet was filin my skin and kept pinching me with her nail horrible experience I will not be going back

This is probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. After asking for the 5-6 times for my big toe to be filed down I gave up. Being burnt with the hot stone didn’t help! I didn’t think it could get any worse, but the fact that my toes look like a child painted them adds insult to injury. Having to ask for the nails on both feet to be the same length seemed off as well! Definitely NOT worth $67.00 or the tip I left. I tip because it’s hard for everyone especially in the service industry, but I honestly did have to think twice! I see why they have a 3.9 out of 5!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Got a pedicure with two big toe acrylics. Came back to have the acrylics removed (which I would’ve paid for) because they hurt my toe nails and underneath the acrylics are very red. The lady that sits to the right front of the shop told me to remove them at home and if she does it she’s going to rip them off. I explained that they had recently done my pedicure and she still said no. Do not waste your money. The attitude that I was given I always witness with other customers and that is my fault for even returning but thank you for your service.

My daughter is Baylor student and this is her go-to salon. Her sister and I were in town and got the best pedicures, a french manicure, and gel manicures we’ve ever had. Everyone at this salon is so kind, and they have the largest selection of top brand nail polish I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend Nail 2000!Services: Pedicure

Went in a for a pedicure and refill on get nails in July 2023. A man did my pedicure, which was not bad but rhe same guy started my nails. OMG! This guy's put something on my nails and then scraped the gel stuff off along with with real nails. I stopped him after I noticed my nail bed was Turning red and they hurt. My nails were so thin, I couldn't touch anything without them bending back and hurting. Management was uncertained and another nail tech finished me up the best she could. Watch out for the hired help! Needless to say I will never go back. Jen's nails in Waco is the place.....

I asked for long nails and they gave me medium they don’t know the right length and these medium nails are more on the short side there cute but shouldn’t have been 95$ more like 75$Service: Acrylic nails

Amazing customer service! Clean and great choices for your nails! They did such a great job on my nails and feet and really took their time! The salon is clean and comfortable, and importantly: peaceful. And there are drinks on offer.

I had to go back in 2 times after they had finished to make them fix 6 nails out of 10 and they raised the price in the exact same nails with out informing anyone of the price change plus all my nails are misshapen
