This store used to be in order for this Murphy's location. Apparently whoever is supervising doesnt care very much what the employees are doing or how they speak in a way that makes you feel pushed around. SARAH has a poor ability for exhibiting good customer service in any way. She seems to always be irritated and makes you feel unwanted as a customer. There will be a line of several people waiting to pay while staff are doing things like walking around the parking lot and disinfecting the pumps. They need to realize that is not the correct order of responsibility when people are waiting. Half of the pumps are always down, they're unfamiliar with the Murphy's product deals and now they've decided to start doing shift change at the 5:00 hour. Which is going home hour for many people at the end of their work day. Therefore if you try to give them any kind of cash amount other than the exact change they will turn you away saying that "they aren't able to give change at the beginning of a shift change."

Yeah stop staying open closes way too early. Closed before 9:00 pm.

The closing hours need to amended. On 10-4, 10-5 & 10-6 the station was closed before 10:20 each night.

There is a African American guy that works there, his badge says he is the assistant manager there and he is very rude and has a bad attitude and a smart mouth. I've gotten into it with him twice and thought he was going to hit me!

This Murphy didn't except my credit card at the pump. I was on the phone for an hour with my credit card company to find out there was nothing wrong with my card.I drove to another Murphy in the same town to find out the same situation,This company waste peoples time to get them to go to the window to buy stuff.

They have a Karen working there and she's big trouble ..after she chased off 2 people in front of me she then refused to let me buy anything ...after saying I was going to report her she said that would be the best thing for her and the company ...there's your sign Murphys

Literally just got off the phone with the dealer in gatesville, told me my throttle body had an ⅛ inch of residue build up from using gas with ethanol. So glad we have an Ethanol free gas station nearby, I will proudly buy my gas here!

The employee was nice. The bathroom was pretty clean. We like the rewards program at Murphy USA.

I can confirm the ethanol free pumps do not work, you'll pump your gas and it will charge you but nothing will come out. They will get mad at you for saying anything and insist that the pump is fine but IT ISNT. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
