“Reginald was my initial contact on the phone. I had called 3 other companies and due to a short time frame, no one else was able to accommodate our move from Reagan to Hewitt, but Reginald was able to find a slot and get is taken care of. He explained everything to me, gave me a high quote and told me it's better to figure high and come down, than to add cost later.
The 2 guys (David and Alex) arrived on time, with a call 15 minutes out. These 2 guys were the BEST! Super careful, always confirming what was going (not a whole house move) and before they locked to the truck to leave, wanted to make sure they had everything that was going. David called me 15 minutes before arriving at the drop off location. As with loading, the unloading process was as smooth, careful and efficient as the loading process.
My initial experience with Reginald was great. The follow thru with David and Alex made the whole ordeal a wonderful experience.
It was funny to find out that David grew up about 20 minutes from where I lived in Friendswood. That was kind of cool.
And like Reginald said, he figured high. The actual cost was less than wired
