“I broke my phones screen and used my carriers insurance to have it replaced here as recommended by my phone rep. It was cheap and convenient in comparison to having to upgrade to a new phone without the latest back up. Customer service was amazing and they had my phone fixed in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied over all.”

“I took my phone in because the back was busted. Later that day they explained that the phone had another problem and wouldn’t boot up again. They continued to work on it until it was fixed to my satisfaction. I take all my business to them and have for the last 6 years. I work for a company that has large number of iPhone and Phone MD has done everything from replacing the screen, replacing the backs and the batteries. Very pleased with there service.”

“One guy out of 3 staff members was a very good salesman. He was helping a friend, offering me extras beyond what my question was for one other saleswoman. The other man just sat off to the side quietly. If they could make 3 of the first salesman, the store would be doing great all the time. Another suggestion I would like to make is to have prices of any kind on any of their accessories. I felt they just requested whatever they felt like offering and I hate to ask for each and every item i was interested in. Chose not to buy anything extra because of this.”

“Needed my charging port cleaned on my iPhone because I work in a dirty environment and have to get it done sometimes. The owner was extremely nice, sociable, and fun to talk to while he cleaned it. Reasonably priced and did more work than asked. TLDR: Owner does good work and seems passionate about his business and customers. Highly recommend”
“As I walk through the door and one of the AT&t employee came walking toward me and asked if he could help me. My reply was yes thank you very much but I really do need you to help me get my phone straightened out because it hasn't been working for almost 2 weeks. He said I can help you he sat down at the table and within 2 to 3 minutes he had my phone working, and I'm so appreciative because being crippled I didn't want to have to take very long to get in and out and get on home. So as we grow older and we're trying to keep up with the changing of the communication and all crippled in your body also it means the world to have someone who's ready to help and give you the service to help you move forward so very very much so I say thank you to that gentleman thank you AT&t and that's why I give a five-star”

Each and every one of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that we were completely taken care of. Ayari, Maria and Abel each played a part in: getting set up on first net, upgrading our phones, adding a line, and protecting our phones with cases, screen and camera protectors. Ayari even installed our protective equipment for us! Wonderful experience, wonderful people. 10/10 would recommend.”
